Around 11:40 on March 19, as a doordash seller, I was waiting for orders here. I wanted to use the restroom. I told the clerk, a white lady. She rejected me and said that non-customers could not use the restroom. Even though I told her that I was a doordash seller. So I chose to go to Walmart.

Zero customer service. Daniella C should be fired. Did not receive napkins or fortune cookie. They make you wait and don’t offer a complimentary item! Rude and unprofessional!

So disappointed in the food here. The super greens were watery and overcooked, had some odd white bits in it that I've never had in the ones I usually get. My food was also mostly cold! Completely ruined the meal for me. The people were nice but I wouldn't recommend this location

Its a great place as you pass either north or south on I-5, easy on off access, very close to to the off ramps. Manager seemed to be on top of the food quality watching and checking the prepared food, I was happy to see him check the food. Facility was clean.

Fried noodles and rice were somewhat mundane, taste like 'been-a-while' there. Nonetheless, all other entrees were amazing ; Sirloin steak, Beijing beef, Brocoli beef, and pepper(?) chicken.

I had to drive 30 minutes each way for a panda that was open only to order online and get completely the wrong order and you can't even speak to anyone to complain

Food is usually good, especially around lunch & dinner. They make fresh bowl of their dishes constantly, therefore no old food during these hours. Employees are usually quick and courteous. Restaurants are usually nice and clean.

The service here wasn’t the best, he was speaking very quietly so I didn’t know if he was getting our order correctly. The food was also very mediocre. The chow mien was very flavourless and the popcorn shrimp didn’t taste the best either. The restaurant was empty for a reason.

Hate dealing with ignore young , lazy, immature young adults. Came here around 8pm on a Wednesday evening ordered two kids meals on the same ticket and a second order on a separate ticket. Anyways the orders were all simple nothing difficult I end up speaking to three different teenagers. Repeated the order over more than 5 times. And managers are always there with staff so a manger should have stepped in and ask the employees what's the matter. I'm not sure if the teens didn't understand because of myascent I'm from Tennessee, but none of that matters because I understood every single Spanish kid that talk to me through the speaker. To me it seems like the kids had an attitude and didn't want to make sure I had everything I needed. I'm not difficult I've been a manager for more than a decade in Tennessee in the fast food industry. The kids were rude, impolite, and very dismissive. I asked more than five times politely for condiments. And still get attitudes a few condiments and not enough for three orders. Word of advice this store will run perfectly without about of young folks. All the teens need to be retrained and monitored before you guys loose customers seriously and money. Try hiring adults with experience and patience.
