I had to take a moment to appreciate the Panda Express on Douglas Street in Oceanside. Every visit is consistently great, and a lot of that comes down to the manager, Enrique. He’s clearly built a culture where the staff is friendly, warm, and genuinely cares about the customer experience.
The customer service here is exceptional—everyone greets you with a smile, the line moves quickly, and you always feel welcome. On top of that, the food is always fresh, which makes it even more inviting to come back again and again.

The Panda Express isn't a cheap Chinese fast food restaurant. They work hard and always refill foods on their stock bowls. You can eat hot and good dishes. I wanted use chopsticks (It's difficult to eat by folk), aren't there chopsticks here? 1 Plate (Chow Mein, Broccoli Beef, and Grilled Teriyaki Chicken) $11.47

Place was clean, they ask how my food was after at table, Service fast. I tried the black pepper steak and didnt like flavor but meat was good. Prefer bejing beef next time.. not ewirth extra money.

The store needed help there was dirty and the service attendant really didn't know what she was doing and she gave me another order that wasn't even mine so there was a little mix-up so I'm getting everything down to the food the service in the atmosphere I got to give it three stars it can do better and the food I got to tell you it wasn't that hot
