I’m not even gonna lie every time I’m near by I go out of my way to come in an get a combo 3. Let’s start off with portion size… they will fill your plate up to the max. I also love that they have rice noodles an corn instead of just rice a chowmein. Coconut shrimp is my favorite but don’t sleep on the black pepper chicken or Spicy fish. 5 for 5 an it’s not even close!!!

Look, Ive been looking for 4 years for a little asian place that serves food like panda cuz pandas food makes me sick. Fortunately while picking up an order for uber eats I got to see this place and immediately got curious and the guy offered me little sample tastes. Immedietly I was hooked and came back later that day and 3 days later I wents back for some more. The food quality is SSSSOOO good and their coconut shrimp with the noodles is so good. If u dont like panda I definitely recommend this place!!

August 7, 2025. First time going there as recommended by the hotel receptionist. Panpan Wok. About 10 minutes total drive from hotel. The restaurant was easily accessed through the back parking lot. The displayed food trays didn't look luxurious except for the beef with green peppers, the rice noodles and the fried fish. So i ordered all of those in large portions. Also, added was 2 bowls of seafood soup. Also, i have to ask for the house special fried rice with mix of all the meat they serve since that was not in any of the tray at the front. Totaled $97 and it was all worth it. More than enough foos take out until the next day. This was mu 3rd.time in Oceanside and Panpan Wok makes my stop over in this place great. I have saved this in Google maps so when we're passing thru or staying, i will come back to this restaurant. I am too full to describe how delicious the food were and i am waiting for my tummy to free up space so i can go back eating the leftovers. I hope people will give Panpan Wok a try. Ask for something you want. The lady that took the order certainly dis listen to my specific requests.

This has got to be the most disgusting Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. The rice had zero flavor and nothing, it was like eating old cardboard o couldn’t even eat another bite. Then the orange chicken was tough and chewy like it’d been sitting under a lamp for a full day! Oh my god the worst!

Rice was hard , chow mien too soft Almond cookies stale. I really wanted this to be good since it’s hard to find any decent fried rice or noodle in this town. Maybe I’m getting old and picky, Sorry but I can’t say the food was good. Threw out most of it. I guess some people like it.
