It's been awhile since I stopped by for pick up. I have noticed there there has been some unfriendliness at times in the past. This last weekend I purchased a combo and they were friendly, but unfortunately I found it tasteless. I know the chow mein always needs some flavor, but the kung pao chicken should have plenty. Nope! I was really disappointed!!!

There’s a saying in the service business “treat a customer right and you will always have a customer’s delight sharing their experience with others when dining at your place of establishment.

The price per portion (it's hard to finish the whole dish) is just right, and the food itself is delicious. I'm also incentivized to go again because they occasionally hand out stamp card that earn a free Combo B after ten stamps.

The orange chicken was a disaster. The sauce was too sugary and too acidic, it didn't have the balanced citrus flavor I was hoping for. The chicken itself was soggy and lacked that crunchy texture that makes orange chicken so enjoyable. It looked like it had been out too long and ruined the entire dish.
As for the coconut shrimp, I was equally disappointed. The shrimp were rubbery and undercooked, with a strange texture that made it difficult to swallow. The coconut layer was lumpy and too thick, and did not provide the expected flavor.

I usually enjoy dining at PanPan Wok locations, but my experience at the Oceanside one was absolutely terrible. The food was fine, but the service and treatment I received were shocking. The older woman working there was kind and polite, but the owner, an older Chinese man, was extremely rude.
He seemed to assume that because I was Hispanic, I couldn’t understand Chinese, so he started talking badly about me to the staff in Chinese. He was calling me broke and making rude comments about how I was sharing meals with my kids and that they were using too many napkins and too much sriracha sauce.
This behavior is not only disrespectful but completely unprofessional. I’ve never had an issue like this at other PanPan Wok locations in San Diego, and I will never be returning to the Oceanside branch. I can't support a place where the owner treats customers with such disrespect. It's clear he doesn’t care about customer service or making people feel welcome.

I did take out , food is great , love this place but this time around my tongue got swollen immediately after eating a few bites of the food , I got the peppered chicken , and the spicy chicken , with beef and broccoli and white rice …. I came eat shell fish so I’m not sure what could have caused this reaction but I am freaking out because the way my tongue has swell up and the way it looks ..
