The 50% off deal of any regular price pizza is a great deal. I ordered the XL Works pizza normally priced at $31.00, instead paid $16.00. The pizza tasted delicious and made fresh.

Never ordering here again the lady or whoever she was, was not very friendly did not get a good vibe from her at all. My food was ready and made me wait outside a min before opening. like hello its right there getting cold now. I was the only order they has just for the guy to open the door and close it to make me wait until the lady gave me my pizza not a word just handled to me not like a have a good night nothing rude. If your not happy at your job get another one seriously I didn't do anything to you.

If the store closes at ten, how is it safe, or how it does it make sense to keep the customer standing outside. If the area is not safe enough for you to leave the door open. Why is it safe enough for the customer to stand outside and wait for their order? Make it make sense papa john.

Rung the doorbell like 10 times they acted like they didn’t hear and wouldn’t open the door
Disappointing experience. We placed a simple order, and the app said it was ready for pickup. When we arrived, we were handed a receipt to tip. After we chose not to leave a tip, the employee’s attitude shifted. She became rude and made us wait even though our order was already sitting on the pickup shelf. It felt like we were intentionally delayed for an extra ten minutes.
She was also very rude to a delivery driver who was just trying to get his pizzas together. The overall environment was tense and unwelcoming.
On top of that, the location is in a high-risk area. While we waited, several unhoused individuals were gathered outside and repeatedly tried to enter. The door is locked and requires employees to buzz you in, which only added to the uncomfortable experience.
I don’t plan on ordering from this location again. The Papa John’s at Oceanside and College has always provided much better service and pizza.

I ordered three pizza and they said to come in 15 minutes and i go there for get my pizza, the status of my pizza shows that it is ready but the lady over there ask us to wait for another 15 minutes and she was very rude , we are not asking the pizza for free, we pay for the things if we buy but the lady there don't know how to talk with customers, why she showing this kind of attitude ? She was always like this, fire her! And save customers!

I originally left a terrible review because I was really disappointed after several delivery orders from Papa John’s arrived missing my salads— every single time. ☹️ It felt like a frustrating pattern of careless mistakes, especially with no follow-up or resolution from customer service. For a national chain with premium prices, I expected better service and accountability. That said, I recently decided to call the store directly to see if anything could be done. I spoke with a manager named Eric, and I have to say — he completely turned the experience around. Eric was kind, understanding, and professional. He genuinely listened to my concerns without making me feel like I was just complaining. He even acknowledged that it’s their responsibility to make things right & offered me a free salad on my next order as a gesture of goodwill.
While the repeated mistakes were disappointing, I really appreciated Eric’s approach and willingness to make it right. Because of that positive interaction, I’m willing to give this location another chance as it has been a lifelong favorite pizza place of mine. thank you so much, Eric!

It’s Papa John’s I can’t go too rough on a review. Pizza is your standard Papa John’s pizza, nothing crazy different here. You gotta know what you’re buying. I will say the one bad thing about getting pizza here can be the people hanging around outside.

Zero stars. Made an online order for delivery and it never showed up. We called asking about it after about an hour and a half and the dispatcher said they couldn't track the driver. Offered to remake it and it would *maybe* be delivered after another hour. We just asked for a refund. Terrible service all around
