Hi. I love this papa johns you guys are better than the other chains. However. I remember specifically ordering a pineapple and bacon pizza and I got pineapple and bacon without any sauce or cheese. We ate it we aren't picky , however my wife that usually tells me I'm wrong watched me place this order. I think your system has a bug or something.

I had ordered a pizza on valentines day for pick up. went to get it and my pizza was nowhere to be found so I had to wait for another one. got it home and it wasn't even cooked all the way.they gave me a credit. the next week I went to use the credit and also added extra cheese, went and got it and after getting home found it only had pepperoni on one side. I called was told I would get another replacement but no credit was ever added. that will be the last time I go there .

worst experience i’ve ever had anywhere. ever. we called and placed an order, gave them card information over the phone. waited almost 2 hours and realized they were closed. called to ask what happened and they basically gaslit and said we never ordered. funny part is that the person that told us we never ordered was the one that took our order and took our card information too. not sure what happened there but after a couple of questions they hung up. tried to call back and got no answer. can’t submit any kind of complaint because there’s no order number. had to cancel card in case the info fell into the wrong hands. yikes all the way around.

The quality of ingredients that Papa John has had has severely decreased over the years. It's still decent pizza for the price. But my pepperoni sausage and mushroom pizza could have been a lot better. The side salad is so small pretty much only for one person and it's almost $8. I was really disappointed in that. Overall it was prompt service but the food can definitely be better.Parking: Although it can be a little cramped there's plenty of parking in this parking lot
I ordered 2 pizzas and wings online. Drove to pick up the order and they said it had already been picked up. The woman who gave our food away to someone else was very rude and unapologetic. Her name was Michelle. She did not offer any sort of refund and at first refused to remake the order until shown the confirmation email. Waited at least 25 minutes for them to remake the food. Beware of terrible service, possible food theft, and long wait time

Went in around 8-9 pm Oct. 30 2022 to place an order and the girl was SO nice and accommodating. Didn't get her name but she gave A+ service and needs a raise! The cooks did an amazing job with the delicious pizza and cheese sticks and it wasn't a long wait. Thank you to the late night shift workers because we would be starving without you guys!!!

ORDERED 5 large pizzas for my crew. Went to pick up the pizzas after confirming they were ready for pick up. Upon arrival, one of the staff dropped one of the pizzas. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the pizza to be remade.
