This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Upon entering with my family, we stood waiting to be acknowledged for several minutes. Multiple staff members saw us standing there but did not greet us, offer assistance, or explain the process.
What was most concerning was that we were clearly noticed—yet ignored. When we eventually decided to leave, staff immediately said “thank you,” which confirmed that we had been seen the entire time.
Being ignored as a customer, especially on a first visit, is unacceptable and unwelcoming. A simple greeting or acknowledgment would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, this experience left a poor first impression, and we will not be returning.

I enjoyed my smoked salmon croissant breakfast sandwich. My husband didn’t care for his ham breakfast sandwich. He felt like he didn’t taste any ham. He liked the croissant though but wish it was more flavorful. Love the local vibe.

We have been to Oceanside more than a few times. This is a MUST visit for anyone looking for the best croissants outside of France. We stayed at a hotel years ago whose restaurant featured their baked goods.
