The Pho Ha Bar & Grill is the best if not the greatest pho spot I’ve been to in all of Oceanside. Portions are really good. The c17 diced steak is really fire 🔥 and the portion is fulfilling. The fried calamari is shmaaack with the mayo/siracha sauce they have 🔥😋 This place is a 20/10. Highly recommended

Every time I am at Pho Ha Grill & Bar, I am treated like royalty. They have the best prices for generous portions of the highest quality ingredients and a tranquil environment. It feels like being back home. I highly recommend trying their espresso and condensed milk if you are a coffee lover!

While vacationing, we wanted to find a good place to try. This was amazing! Staff is attentive and friendly as soon as you come to the door. Service was quick, and the menu extensive. The food was great, and portions even my husband couldn't finish. Only wishe I was here longer to try more dishes as the food onthe table next to us smelled devine.

Went here last night with my hungry family. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive. Food was delicious! We are picky about pho - and this pho was superb! Vegetables were fresh and not overcooked. Egg rolls were crispy with yummy sauce. Pork vermicelli was yummy, too. I usually don’t rate restaurants, but this restaurant deserves a 5 star review!

Just moved here in the middle of November, and this place has successfully fulfilled my cravings!! Definitely recommend, they’re all very nice and food is so yummy! Portion is perfect for a little hungry girl like me. Their Banh Hoi Nem Nuong and Banh Xeo are my favs!!!
