Pho Tai was ok. Meat more chewy than normal. Spring rolls ok. Not that great of a place. Don't expect too much here.

This place is probably the best for pho. I used to have to go all the way to SD for some good food but after finding this place, I am in love. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff are so kind. I can't wait to go again. My mouth is watering as I think about it. I miss you guys?

5 stars all around. Ive been coming here for 8 years. Now let me tell you why.#1 the food is delicious i love the egg rolls the spring rolls are amazing the peanut sauce is absolutely perfect & of course the pho is tasty! And presentation is beautiful#2 the facility is extremely CLEAN! And welcoming, from families to couples to locals, everyone is enjoying their meal in this calm and homey yet professional environment. They also CLEAN their menus. A plus to that! In not afraid of their bathroom either#3 They do have a wonderful vegan menu down to a science… as well. Ive eaten meat on & off over the years. But they have vegan spring rolls. That you wouldn't know the difference if there was meat or not theyre just splendid.#4 consistency- all ways the soups come out nice n hot , as well as with the Teas. I love the Jasmine green Tea. Very wholesome and decorative on the table as well. Delicious Thai Tea#5 Attentiveness & Customer Service- they really pay attention to you here they check on you and provide any things you need quickly. They are always kind and helpful. - even at their 2nd location in Vista. All is well!!A message For the restaurant - you guys used to make a dry seasoned version of your angel wings and about 3-4 years ago it changed. i think it would be great to have both options. Dry & Sauced With details of each flavor. Or even to do 1/2 & 1/2 Because those dry wings were a definite hit!!! I still like the sauced ones but I believe The dry ones were game changing and even a promotion for them could prove this to be right. We found our Pho spot!! ??Party of 6 and was sat immediately at 6:15pm on a Wednesday. The pho was on point, as was the filet mignon with shrimp fried rice! The wings were surprisingly very good and the staff was happy to substitute the peanut sauce that came with the spring rolls with fish and sweet/sour sauce to accommodate a gluten allergy. I can’t remember every plate, but everyone all but licked their plates clean!I’m so happy we stopped in tonight and regret not getting our servers name, as she was phenomenal! Very attentive, had great recommendations and kept the waters filled! She also had a great personality and seemed to enjoy out banter! We look forward to being served by her again!Parking: It’s a small plaza, but there is plenty of spots.Kid-friendliness: First photo place we’ve been to that offers a kids pho bowl!

Fantastic Vietnamese food! I love the bun thit nuong and rare steak pho - I’m sure everything else is great as well but I can’t stop eating those to try something else. I got pho from a different nearby restaurant and it was not nearly as good. 100% would recommend them and definitely try the bun thit nuong!
Tasty and quick. Didn't get the pho, but we had bun, stir fried rice noodles with seafood and rice noodle soup with pork and shrimp. I would've preferred more veggies and pork in my noodle soup... but others were happy with theirs. I good portion... not huge.. but filling so if you're really hungry, get an appetizer.

People with allergies, BEWARE.I came here on Sunday, December 3, 2023, with my friends and family. I ordered the stir-fry noodles and I specifically informed them that I was allergic to mushrooms. The food came out and there was a mushroom sitting on top. I informed the server and reminded them that I was allergic to mushrooms, and was told that they'll remake it. I was 10 minutes into eating the remake and found a mushroom underneath the noodles. 10 minutes later, my lips and face were swelling up. The only thing the server could tell me was "I told the chef no mushroom." I had to overdose on allergy medicine as I was sitting there to prevent my throat from closing. My hands were swelling up and I got light-headed walking to my car.
