This is definitely the best pizza I’ve ever had! I got the meat lovers for my husband and I and we both loved it. It’s a huge pizza in my opinion so it fills you right up and is so delicious! The workers were super friendly as well. Definitely 10/10 if you’re looking for a cute local pizza place!

Got the supreme pizza. Some pizza is way too salty. This was not at all. I just wish they weren’t so skimpy on the toppings. But everything else was great. I would recommend it.

First of all, Pier Pizza is LOCALLY OWNED & OPERATED. This fact alone is such a rarity in the downtown area with all the chains & franchises moving in.
Pier Pizza is located on Tremont St, right across & north from the Regal Theater. They are known for their Pizza-by-the-Slice and that makes them a very efficient & cost effective means of grabbing a bite while walking the downtown area.
Pier Pizza's menu consists of pizza pies, slices (Sicilian & NY style), chicken wings, salads & garlic knots. They also have sodas, free water, hard soda, hard seltzers, beers & wines.
For pizza flavors they have: Cheese, Meat Lovers, Pepperoni, Margherita, Supreme, BBQ Chicken, White Spinach, Buffalo Chicken & their famous Dirty Bird (hot honey drizzle).
Honestly, I've had their pizza slices both warm AND cold and I love them BOTH! Nothing is better than a solid pizza as leftovers ?
For those looking for smaller bites, their house salad or Mediterranean salad will do the trick.
I also CANNOT recommend their Fresh-Baked Cookies Enough! They are made in-house Daily!
I love that their decor is based on the 1950-60's Oceanside Pier and it honors one of the most iconic landmarks on the west coast.
Their seating is spacious inside and perfect for couples or, you can combine tables for groups. Their bathroom is also super clean! They have 2 big tv screens for sports fans.
All in all, if you love pizza, you ARE coming to Pier Pizza and know that your money is staying local and you'll also be getting great service & delicious pizza!
Parking: Everyone knows that parking in the Downtown Oceanside area is always difficult. I highly recommend parking down the street on Civic Center Dr or Pier View Way, across from the Library or the Civic Center Parking Lot.
There's also $5 A Day parking garage at the Salt Apartment Complex.
Really good pie. Crispy, flavorful. It's one of North countys best. However, I do have on gripe , they do not have mushrooms? In 65 years of pizza joints, I have never experienced no mushrooms policy. Weird.

Before this was place was Pier Pizza, it was a pizza place with big thin-crust slices for sale (one slice was plenty for me). But now, the slices are small, and some are smaller than others (the slices aren’t cut evenly). One slice wasn’t enough for me, and I doubt they’re big enough for anyone, except a small child. So I ended up having to get two slices for double the cost of what I used to pay. The pizza is good though, and it’s thin crust. I just wish the slices were bigger. I probably won’t be back for slices tho, unless I just want a snack.

Excellent pizza— and the service was amazing. I was walking back 3 pizzas to the beach, and the owner was worried that they would be too hot for me to carry. So he made sure and put the pizza that came out of the oven first on the bottom. Great experience!

I'm visiting the oceanside area and was reading reviews that pier pizza had a 4.9 rating. So being pizza is my favorite. I had to try it. I was alittle disappointed. But to be fair I've had more pizza places than the average. My pros and cons of pier pizza is that the sauce was not the greatest. My favorite about pier pizza was the crust. It was soft inside and crispy on the outside.
