Just ordered 2 Poki burritos and the staff was really impersonal and kinda rude. Got the burrito and went home. But into it and had a strange taste. Couldn’t figure it out. Then a cucumber fell out and it was old and smelled super foul…..30 minutes later and my stomach is in knots…..not gonna be a fun night.

I want to preface this with the fact that I do very much enjoy eating here I am just frustrated whenever I come later in the evening. If your restaurant hours are posted 11am-9pm I should be able to purchase a meal up until 9pm. Multiple times I have walked in with up to 10 minutes to spare and either all the food has been put up for the night or the register is being closed the second I walk in the door. I understand you have certain closing procedures to get done I’m no stranger to that, but when the open sign is on and the clock is still somewhere within 8pm I should still be able to leave with food that requires no preparation other than scooping it into a bowl. I get the same order every time and it takes an entire minute to put together and send me off.

Great food, but really disappointed with the customer service. Multiple occasions where the employees get upset that customers come in and they have to get off their phones and stand up to take orders. Very rude when taking your order too. We’ve also been kicked out 45 minutes before closing time.

I have eaten at this restaurant for some time now and enjoy the food. Today I saw one the personnel there let a guy sniff a scoop of salmon and then the personnel worker proceeded to mix it back with the rest of that salmon. I couldn't believe what I saw so I asked the lady there "Did you let that guy sniff the salmon and you put it back with the rest of the salmon?" She then proceeded to say "it's still fine" I then proceeded to walk back our and go to another poki spot that I enjoy. Disappointed that this happen, not sure if this is a normal thing, definitely don't recommend anymore.

I was pleasantly surprised by the portions, flavors, and friendly service. This is a great spot for those who are craving poke but also want decent-sized portions. I can actually get poke without having to have a second meal lined up afterwards.

LOVE <3!!! I have gotten it 4 times already in less than a month, the tuna and salmon is so high quality, the veggies are also fresh! Plus, the (white) rice is “safe” and doesn’t conjure any bad memories about the time I got food poisoning and thought the rice I ate that day was the cause.(despite not being true) The workers are fast at assembling all the ingredients you want together, and it’s a very calm atmosphere, the floors are pacific and the overall decor! I always get a regular bowl, (with avocado) and the prices do come out to be 17 dollars, and I don’t really make use out of that price tbh since I don’t get any sauces and for some reason limit myself to 3 toppings? However, that price does look good, a step further from “reasonable” if you order efficiently, and considering fish is expensive, as well as how healthy it can be depending on your order, (most definitely is a balanced meal, carbs, protein, fats, fiber…) it’s worth it. Furthermore, I really enjoy the ,Subway’ style, with the salad bar and protein bar(?) and being able to customize your own order while looking at it. By the end of this review, you’re probably NOT surprised that poke bowls has become my favorite food in this exact span of time… I yet to try the pokirito, which I hope I decide one day to to order!!! 🍚
