I had an order for pickup in the drive thru and they had me park for it. Then they had me wait for nearly half an hour, and when I came inside wondering why it was taking so long, I heard them asking what my order needed to each other and they just said it was waiting on sauce packets. Food wasn’t even warm when I got it, no apologies at all. Even the manager lady with the short hair didn’t bother looking at me or addressing me even though she was right on the other side of the counter. Really lacked any sense of urgency for being a fast food.

I love Popeyes, but this particular location needs some love. The food is always old and stupidly hot. I guess they figure if it is hot, no one will notice it is a 3 day chicken. There's never condiments, especially honey or hot sauces. And the staff talks and act as if you owe them money or something, especially the younger ones. Some good supervisor must get this place in check, soon

The customer service was good. The classic fish sandwich was crispy, but I didn't enjoy the taste of it. The 2 pieces of chicken were delicious with a large sweet tea. I overall give 3 stars.
Placed an online order to pick-up, went to a store next door for grocery shopping. Food should have been ready when I was done. Went to the Popeye and the doors were locked. Went to through the drive thru... They didn't start my order.Their excuse was that they were short handed. Waited over 30 minutes for my food, and they shorted me, which I didn't discover until I got home and unloaded the car. While putting the grocery away, frozen and refrigerated, I discovered that the ice cream bars were already melted on other items I bought.

This is the best Popeye's I've been to . Robert was so nice and friendly. He made suggestions and when we had to wait for some more wings to be cooked he gave us a couple extra. He offered a small gravy since he didn't have honey for the biscuits that we asked for. He was very friendly and made us feel special. The store was clean and well decorated for Christmas. So much better than the older location on Emerald and Vista Way. I would definitely eat here again! It's a Great place to eat in, also.
Popeye’s has great chicken and sides.. but….Popeye’s is also notoriously known for terrible service and cleanliness.This particular location chooses to defy that norm and to be well managed, clean and also offer excellent service.On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a “10” but compared to other Popeye’s I would give it a “15”..The franchise owner, manager and employees at this location should be recognized for their excellence.

I went inside to purchase a chicken meal. The manager served the person in front of me and had me wait to take my order. I waited for 30 minutes. The person before me was still waiting to pick up his order. Three customers behind me were grumbling that they weren't even taking our orders. There were customers waiting for their food in the parking lot who went in the drive-thru. Manager yelled at one of her workers not to take any new orders at one point. There was one manager and three kitchen workers. On customer asked for bathroom code and the code never worked. They continued to ignore him and he went into the women's bathroom eventually. The chicken try was full, but empty boxes littered the counter. This was on a Sunday at 2 p.m. I just left. I never got served. No customers were happy. It was purse CHAOS in there.

This place can NEVER get your order right. Gave them the benefit of doubt the first time when it opened, decided to try it out two time waste of money. After a year or so just tried it again and couldn't get it right. What a joke. They are so quick to charge you for everything but cant give your complete order.
