I’ve been to several Qdoba locations before, and while the food itself at this one is fantastic when it’s available, the overall management is by far the weakest I’ve encountered.

Over the course of three consecutive visits, they were out of key ingredients each day—different proteins, toppings, or add-ons every time. Not having one or two items occasionally is understandable, but running out of core ingredients multiple days in a row shows a serious management issue. It makes it hard to enjoy the full menu when you can’t count on the basics being stocked.

On the positive side, the staff themselves were friendly and did their best to make up for the shortages. They “hooked it up” and showed good customer service despite the circumstances, which I appreciated. The food quality, when they had what I wanted, was very good—classic Qdoba flavors that I expect.

Unfortunately, because consistency is such a big part of the dining experience, I can’t rate this location higher. It’s disappointing to see such poor supply and stock management dragging down what could otherwise be a solid Qdoba. If this is your first time visiting the chain, don’t judge the whole brand by this location—other Qdobas I’ve been to are much better run.

Bottom line: Great food, nice staff, but the worst managed Qdoba I’ve been to.

Came in to redeem my free chips and queso was told since they are privately owned they don’t do that which is fine! If it weren’t for the rude attitudes! I understand it being a very busy day! My burrito is the size of a child’s burrito like cut in half the size of a regular burrito..

Manager was extremely rude. I was the only customer and he told me to use the kiosk. Fine I did. It wasn’t working right so I asked him for help. While he was fiddling with it I said in the instructions bar I was requesting the guac all on one side of the burrito. He didn’t answer. When he started making it I said I’d like the guac all on one side. He said “you already told me once” and shooed me away with his hand like I was a nuisance. I calmly said that since he didn’t reply, I wasn’t sure if he had heard me. The whole time I was polite and I have no idea why he would be rude to a customer, especially when I was the only one in the store.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We waited a long time for them to start our order from the kiosk. We ordered when there was only two people in front of us, and then a long line came in and they started getting everybody in line and forgot about the kiosk people. I kindly told the mail worker that I ordered a drink and chips when he handed my meal to me and he screamed at me and told me that I did not then proceeded to check my receipt and saw that I did and then proceeded to tell me in a very rude tone that they didn’t have pico anymore. He was yelling at everyone in line very rudely. They completely made my order wrong. Also they made my husband’s burrito wrong very disappointed, especially for the price.

If you had an option between Chipotle and QDOBA, Chipotle would be better. If it's not an option, there's a Del Taco off base.

As I sit here typing this (I ordered my food from the kiosk 20 minutes ago and it has yet to be started) the two female employees seem to only be focused on conversing with the male service members. One employee I can only assume is on a break is shouting profanity and acting completely unprofessional (yes, even for a fast food restaurant). The dinning room is dirty with food left on most of the tables and upon walking into the restaurant, there is an oder that is unpleasant. 1/10. Do better.

they took entirely to long to make my food and also the person in front of me food as well i didn't even get to leave with my food because i had somewhere to be never going again

Walked in and the place was not clean the 3 employees working helped no one and argued about who was waiting on who and had no sense of urgency to be productive. The kept arguing about a ride being there for one and waiting on another. Had zero chance to try the food.

Don’t get me Wrong the food is great, but the portions are the worst. They gave me like half a scoop of chicken and half a scoop of steak chipotle would never next time. I’ll just make the drive to chipotle off base.

Horrible service. Slow. Workers fight among each other. Countertops dirty. Often out of items. After waiting for 20 minutes in line, I walked out.

I went to go take my son back to base and stop to get food super welcoming very clean and friendly. The food was good I just wished they would off wrap my burrito a little better due to everything feel on the aluminum foil. Other then that food was great my son was a steak burrito and I got a birria burrito.

This place is always clean and if the manager is helping me I’ve always had a good experience except tonight the young lady preparing my food had the worst attitude. I am a pretty patient person and understand when you’re having a bad day but i get there and begin to order and I guess they needed to restock rice so mid order she walks away without saying anything didn’t come back for like 5 minutes I’m just standing. I ordered a salad she didn’t tell me they don’t have the dressing until the end so when I asked for the ranch advertised on the menu she said they don’t sell ranch and not to mention someone walked in after me placed an order on the kiosk and she stopped working on my order midway of me talking to complete their entire order while dropping ingredients from their bowl onto my food. I won’t exploit their name but seriously they need to have better service and attention to what they’re doing.
