Excellent service at this location! Very friendly. Offered swaps on sides and asked us if we wanted refills on our lemonade at no extra charge. Offered to remake an order for the group in front of us because the group was picking up their food late, and it had got cold. Food is delicious, as always, hits the spot!

I had another great experience at Raising Cane’s! The food was fresh, hot, and came out fast just like always. The staff was friendly and on point, but JUJU really stood out — she’s amazing. She not only remembered me from a previous visit but also asked how my wife was doing, which honestly meant a lot. That kind of kindness and attention makes a simple meal feel personal. It’s rare to find service like that anymore. Definitely five stars all around!

This is a fairly new Cane's establishment in the city of Perris. So everything was in great order. I was impressed with the large parking lot which makes it very convenient to park and dine in. Cane's is on their game!

I usually don't hate on establishments but when you're paying 2.19 extra per tender, you don't want to arrive home, which is 15 mins away from the location, to find out that they didn't pack the amount of tenders you ordered. Won't be coming back.

They charge their employees for WATER. If I want a cup for water I have to pay almost $4 for a cup. Yet you don't charge customers. Also my FREE meal at work should Include a drink.
Considering we only get a 30 minutes break for lunch, without any other 10 minute break for 6 - 9 hour shift, this is a hostile work environment.
It's not even a 30 minutes lunch break because the face recognition machine takes 2 minutes to clock in AND out.
Took 10 minutes to get my meal today on my lunch (even when I put it in before I clocked out). This was 10 minutes wasted out of my barely 25 minutes lunch.
