Offers juices, smoothies, smoothie bowls and toasts. Almost entirely vegan. Had the Loco Coco Crunch smoothie bowl and Everything You Avo Wanted avocado toast. Delicious.

Tastes great and service is excellent. BUT I’m super disappointed in the menu ingredient description. The bowls are NOT fruit bowls the base is fruit flavored sorbet which is NOT disclosed on the menu. I have even asked before about the added fruit sauce having added sugar and always ask for my bowls without it but have never been told the rest of the bowl has a TON of added sugar as well. For those of us with dietary restrictions, and food allergies it’s nice to have ALL of the ingredients listed or at least accurately depicted on a menu. Will not be returning as this is not a healthy snack. If you’re looking for ice cream or dessert this would be an excellent choice.

There's nothing like cold pressed juice to give you a natural pick-me-up, and it's so good for you, Roots Craft Juice has a great selection of juices with cool names, they also have fruit and protein bowls, totally worth it, I recommend Roots Craft Juice, Loved it!

My favorite legit smoothie spot. Love their avo toast rendition, too!! If you aren’t in a smoothie/juice mode you could snag a canned latte. They sell a scrumptious canned S’mores latte from Bones Coffee Company called “Smorey Time”. Yummmm

You’ll never settle for another bowl after you’ve tried roots. Everything is prepared and presented to perfection. I’ve never had a bowl like it. The Juices are great and everything comes with an impeccable O-side welcome.I would stop by roots everyday I’m in Oceanside if I could.
