OH. MY. GOODNESS. I loveeeee Rubio's! I often come here with my buddies on Tuesday to grab their deal for the classic fish taco. Yum. Price is worth it for the food. Very clean space and decently quiet. Best for groups of 1-5 people.

Ate here about 2 hours ago. Already violently sick and vomited 3 times. Obvious food poisoning as I hadn’t eaten anything else for about 24 hours prior to this. I just saw another review about food safety and hygiene. Wish I would have seen that before this.

I’ve thought of this location as one of the better Rubios since they reopened last year after the fire, and since most of the other Rubios locations are pretty bad and or inconsistent at best. I ordered a bacon and shrimp burrito here yesterday. It was absolutely disgusting. Literally cold to the touch, and inside even colder... like almost frozen. It was mostly filled with rice, and had jalapeños in it that were the consistency of leather shoe strings. I made it through half and threw it in the trash. Absolutely embarrassing that you would serve this trash to people and charge money for it.

This is what happens when private equity ownership turns everything to garbage. I will not be going back ever again.

Not a safe / clean place to eat. I gave it a minute to observe preps movements to see how they handle the food that I may about to eat and the results was negative. Female prep wipes her head / face with same gloves that are being used to prep customers food. This behavior only indecates that hygien is not taken seriously in this location. Heres a reminder to the food handlers for this location and for other to be aware.

Great food but their discounting on the receipt is confusing and not sure we actually got a discount on their July promotion.

First off, it was very hard to sit and enjoy our food, because we were both freezing to death from the arctic blast coming out of the ceiling the entire time. The dining room was ridiculously cold. I ended up having to take my food to the car to eat it.

The chicken on the salad was dehydrated and burned. I asked for light on the cheese, and I got no cheese at all. I requested water, and was given no cups for water. When I sat down to eat the salad, I discovered that there was a huge pile of dried up purple cabbage in the middle of the salad. I had to sit and pick all of it out with my fingers, such a waste. This salad never used to be full of cabbage, and let alone purple cabbage.

My son had a large portion of the citrus rice, which he gave to me because he doesn't like it. The rice had almost no flavor, and was halfway hard and crunchy - definitely was not cooked completely, and it tasted like chewy dry starch in your mouth.

They need to work on the quality of some of their ingredients, and attention to detail when a person places an order.

My kids love Rubios, this one I was freezing cold near the register, and they had the A/C full blast. We ordered to go & it took longer than usual.

The manger Don and the staff at this location are always pleasant. Today they went above expectations when I asked for custom order and instead of saying no, Don took the time to ring in the items and communicate to the staff in the kitchen. All in all, our food was delicious, fresh, guacamole always green never brown when I come( pet peeve of mine at other restaurants lol).
Plus the environment usually always clean too definitely would recommend to family and friends.
