One of the better Thai restruants or Asian restraunts in general in Oceanside. Serving actual authentic Thai dishes with real spice unlike many Thai/Asian restraunts here that I’ve tried so far. The staff are also always kind to me and make me feel welcomed everytime I come here.

This is hands-down the best Thai food I’ve had in the area. The pad thai was absolutely phenomenal—perfectly balanced flavors, fresh ingredients, and that authentic flame-kissed wok essence that’s hard to find outside of Thailand. Every bite was packed with deliciousness, and you could tell the chef knows their craft.

The restaurant itself had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The pricing was exactly what I expected for such high-quality, authentic cuisine. If you’re looking for real Thai flavors, this is the place to go. I can’t wait to come back and try more dishes!

Highly recommended!

So fast, delicious Thai food. We had the pad kee mao ad spicy basil. Both well cooked with a lot of crisp veggies. Would come back all the time if I lived here.

The food here is excellent! I always order takeout, and every time, I’m greeted with a warm smile. The dishes are absolutely delicious, but be warned they can be quite spicy! They ask for your spice level on a scale from 1 to 10, but in reality, the heat kicks in around a 4, so keep that in mind. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but our favorites are the Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, and Pad See Yew.

This is one of the best Tai food locations in San Diego County. Tom yum soup is on point. Attention to quality, authentic ingredients, customer service and overall concern for customers is unmatched. Order you will not regret it.

The food was amazing. I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and veggies. Heat at 3, but I love spicy, so I will definitely be pumping up the heat next time. They added Mango Sticky Rice to my order under special requests as it wasn't listed on Grub Hub. The Sticky Rice was amazing. I will definitely be ordering from them again!.

Super cute place and sweet lady serving! We tried the Sabai Curry, Prik King & fried tofu with peanut sauce- all were great! The spice levels were on point.. we'll definitely be coming back!

Second visit- just as good!!! Our new fav Thai place! We got the pra ram and panang curry. This is also one of the first places I've found where their spice level is legit.

Wow. Super good! I'm not the "I know authentic when I see it guy" but my curry was fantastic. I'm honestly slightly mad I've lived in the area for a couple years and not found this place yet.

I got the Sabai Sabai Curry and believe me I'll be running down every menu item in the near future when I want some (Hot) Thai. Vegan Friendly as well cur the coconut based curries!

Echoing alot of the other comments about them actually getting the spice level up there, it was delicious!

Thank you!

As someone born and raised in Thailand, I am super picky about my Thai food, and most places in SoCal don’t pass muster.

My husband and I were driving through Oceanside on our way home tonight, and I had a hankering for Thai food. But where to go that would be authentic?

I saw some good Yelp reviews for this place that mentioned authenticity, so decided to give it a try.

Man, it hit the spot! (See our “before” and “after” photos). The larp gai was so flavorful, and the Penang was NOT over sweetened, as curries in the US tend to be.

And they have sticky rice!

We’ll be back, and will definitely recommend Sabai Sabai to others as an authentic Thai place.

Bonus: the Thai posters on the wall, and the “night bus” music. IYKYK.

Sabai sabai is the closest thing to authentic Thai food since Thailand.. having had Thai in metro nyc, cali.

We moved away to Irvine from Carlsbad, where we'd eat at the restaurant/order on Uber once a week, at least.

I'm writing a review having needed to come down to San Diego running an errand.. we had to make a stop here.

The lady owner is a sweetheart. Praying and hoping her many years of success!

One of my favorite Thai places. I love spicy but beware anything above a 6 spicy will light you up.
