monday4/1/24 I have been looking forward to this for a while. There were like 2 other customers. 2 people working that I saw. They were out of Thai Tea, Taro Tea, and Crema and a few others at 12 pm. after ordering, it took over 20 minutes to get my Matcha Tea with boba. It was melted and okay. the lady at the front who took my order acted like I was dumb because it took me a few minutes to order. It was my first time there. only one size. 10$ for my simple drink. when it says 5.95$ I guess it's extra to get boba in it for 70c. idk how it came out to 10$. lady wasn't very nice either.

Arrived a 8:06 (it clearly says it closes at 9pm) on a Saturday and the gates were down and no customers were inside. Hours shown in photos

Went in (admittedly) 15 minutes before closing today. Door is open. Guy is at the register, girl is behind cleaning up with her headphones on.Guy: "hey, just to let you know, we're out of boba."OK, cool, no problem we'll just get some thing with no boba or custard or jelly or something.Me: "can I get just a regular milk tea?"Guy: "ohh uhhh..." (turns to girl, who smirks and shakes her head)Guy: "so we actually accidentally dumped out all the teas."Me: "umm ok thanks."No boba, that happens. No tea with a smirk and headphones on because you "accidentally" dumped out the tea while you were still open? Pathetic. And atrocious customer service to boot.

It's hard for me to give a review when I show up at 1:32pm Saturday and there is no one taking orders. I waited for 10 minutes and there was no one who came out. Definitely not coming back here.

Very friendly and nice employees. My tea was good but I didn’t like the blended one and my first time. I didn’t check out the food or if they had

Love that we have this boba shop in Oceanside. Their winter melon fresh is the best - highly recommend for milk alternatives and Okinawa milk tea.

Ordered QQ family milk tea and hot version classic oolong milk tea from online .We were a little worried when we first step in . This location is different from others that we've been to . A little bit quiet . However !!!! Well balanced tea flavour with perfect sweetness level. Plus there is a sweet note . Definitely will come back ?

They didn't have many options of drink flavors for the milk teas and they were out of the regular Boba so we tried the mini Boba and it seemed a bit over cooked but the people working there were very nice and helpful. The drinks were good other than the fact that we weren't able to get the regular size boba, which is our favorite part. We will try again

Got couple drinks here while visiting O'side. It's very good as usual like other locations all over SoCal. Staffs are very friendly, great service. With extra beach town vibes here. I got a taro + pudding drink. My wife and boy shared a boba as always. Always shared drinks!!
