Drive thru only but has a bathroom as well thankfully, nice guy/staff member at the time i was there, and the bathroom was clean. Drink was normal.

When I went to the counter to ask for water, they refused and told me I needed to buy something. I said I'm diabetic please help me with a cup of water, he refused again.I've lived here for almost a decade I would stop at Starbucks to get a water.
The last time I stopped they asked me for money for a cup water. You can keep your water and you can keep your coffee your overpriced anyway and how rude of you not to give an old woman a cup of water. Booooo on you.
I'm asking my neighbors to boycott you
I'm an elderly woman who lives in the neighborhood right behind the Starbucks in Southern California I walked the neighborhood been doing this for almost a decade and when I get to the Starbucks I asked them for a couple water and they usually give me a cup of water but this time they said no.
I said I have diabetes can you help me please I need some water. The barista said I had to order something first
I was having a medical emergency and they denied me a cup of water.
Heartless and cruel. They're never very nice when they come to the counter or even when they're taking an order over their machines.
There is no indoor dining you need to fix your statement on your website

This Starbucks does not play!
The young man and young lady that were taking orders around 12:30PM today were just amazing. They simply took my order and delivered my request right to the drive-through window.
I’m not trying to talk smack on other Starbucks, but honestly, it’s not very common for me to get exactly what I request.

As I was walking up to use the restroom the manager was locking it up and claimed she couldn't let me use it due to the fact that they had just cleaned it 😮. She refused to let me use it even after being a customer in their drive-thru.

Took 25 mins to get through a line. This location is just very slow and the management shows no urgency whatsoever for people waiting. This isn’t a lunch spot, it’s coffee it’s not that hard to make. Shouldn’t have 6 mins per car. But today they weren’t just slow they didn’t have a single thing, no chai or caramel. So someone didn’t order the shipment correctly. This location is terrible compared to its others, if I were the district I would have a convo with whoever runs this spot. Thank you

Lovin' the Macha Latte! Great experience.
Went through the drive through for my birthday, and there were only 3 other cars and very few people walking up. It took awhile to get to the window and we were wondering what was up. We finally got to the window and we sat there for 10 minutes staring at our iced drinks melting and no one saying even one word to us. We ended up driving away once it got to the 10 minute mark, so no clue how long it would've taken had we stayed. Worst, slowest Starbucks we've ever experienced.

I stopped by at this location on Sunday 4/6 at 7:20 pm or so. Not only did they make me wait a long time in the drive thru with my drink sitting behind the window getting cold but when I finally got it, my venti cappuccino was barely 3/4 full. I let them know and sure, they offered to make it again but I was already late to my destination. Needless to say, Starbucks is a luxury item I can definitely do without for the rest of my life. Sometimes we want to treat ourselves to a luxury item thinking we are going to get what we pay for, only to get disappointed in multiple ways. This has happened to me multiple times at various locations but I guess it is my fault for going back. I definitely will not be going back to Starbucks any time soon. Whether it is greed or incompetence, it is not acceptable.

I come to this Starbucks all the time because it’s close to my house and I always order the same thing. Unless I do a mobile order, they never seem to hear me correctly—maybe it’s the loud fan or setup at the walk-up window, but it’s frustrating.
This morning was especially awkward. I ordered ahead, showed up, and saw my drink ready. One barista made it, walked it over to a counter away from me, looked at her coworker, and basically refused to hand it to me. I watched the whole thing, and it was just weird. I tried to brush it off with a lighthearted comment, but the vibe was off.
The drinks are usually made right, but the customer service lacks warmth and consistency. Honestly, it just feels uncomfortable more often than not. I’d love to keep coming here, but the experience needs improvement.
