Didn’t like this place. No inside sitting. Restroom on the sidewalk. They don’t carry all the stuff like a regular Starbucks. Would only use for emergencies.

We ordered coffee with agave2. Grande Hot chocolate extra hot using half/half no whip cream3. Extra hot vanilla latte with cinnamon4. Extra hot soy latte no foamAll four drinks were watery. They did not taste good at all.

placed my order at 6:41AM it was a Colbrew and was handle to me until 7:10AM people who placed their order before me decided to leave due to the waiting insane no I do not recommend this Starbucks they take for ever due your self a favor a go to the one in oceanside BLVD or coast Hgw way faster and super friendly.

I am not sure if it is poor management or people just not wanting to be at work, I feel like a majority of the time I do drive-through orders, the customer service is very lacking to say the least, it's as if I never get to finish my order, although I am always very considerate of time. the drinks are never consistent, even if I'm ordering the same beverage the following day. The orders seemed rushed for the amount of time it takes to get to the window to pay, even when there is only two or three cars in front of me, I typically choose this Starbucks because it's closest to the freeway, but moving forward, I would rather drive out of my way or support a different coffee shop. There is nothing worse than paying for a product and service with money that is hard earned just to have poor customer service and inconsistent drinks.

I'm not one to complain but i had to have my drink remade and the clerk or ", barista" that was at the window gave me so much attitude! It's not my fault that she didn't listen to my instructions! Fix the attitude and you'll have an amazing store!

What a busy place in the morning! Cars backed out into the street in line for the drive through but they are quick. First time at this store and didn't realize it had no indoor space but it was convenient to walk up to the order \take out window rather than get in the car line. Parking is limited in the lot and the street.
