Slowest Starbucks I have ever been too. It’s always a 30 minute wait for the drive through. I only come because it’s the closest one to my house. I wonder why they take so long compared to other

They are now only allowing orders through the drive through when i purchased on the app for in store. Rudely put up and sign and locked the door in front of me.

Today is sunday morning.
Super busy now!
But it's ok. Jake is here now will take care of it as usually.

This afternoon Andrew was killin' it. He was in turbo mode making drinks and making them tasty. The wait was long as it usually is at this location but Andrew gets 5 stars for hustle. The guy working the window was also very personable and polite. Even though this location is the closest it's usually my least favorite because of unexpected closures, out of products, and long wait times.

I like that this location has the nugget ice! I drive a tad further than the closest local Starbucks or plan my drives around this Starbucks because I love nugget ice. There are probably other locations close by that have nugget ice and I'd be fine still getting coffee at any other locations . The ice just makes me happy. ?

Crew was very slow to acknowledge I was standing at the register to place an order. One worker had her back to me, inserting and removing food items from a heating oven. Certainly, there was a long line at the drive up, but still.

I had to grab some napkins to wipe up food and liquid residues on the table I selected to sit at.

Vegetarian options: Only because of exploring my options through long ago inquiry.....do I now know I can ask for the sausage to be removed from the breakfast sandwich. Is this now obvious to your customers?? The Chai Latte is not spicy enough.
