I come here often, and the staff always give me a warm welcome. The drinks are consistently delicious.
Recently, I’ve noticed that since Colin started working here, the place has become much cleaner, and the indoor temperature is comfortable—not too cold. Everything is just perfect.

This location will politely not give you water, even if you have your own cup, if you're not buying something. I didn't feel like arguing the point that they were out of the sandwich I wanted. Not very humanitarian of them.
May their Uber drivers always leave them stranded.

I ordered an iced drink from this location and drove away before I realized the lid on the cup was broken, no big deal I’ll just go home and get a straw. I get home and taste it and it’s disgusting, not drinkable at all and am I driving all the way back? No. So disappointed, this has happened to me at this location many times and I don’t know why I continue to give them my money when the coffee is so inconsistent. 🤦🏼‍♀️😢

Horrible experience with hair!! Ordered a latte and besides the foam, I found a long black hair in my drink. I was so disgusted I couldn’t even eat the food I bought, it was seriously nasty!!

Super dissatisfied with their service. I placed an order pickup for 1 drink and when I get there, they have a sign on their door saying dining area closed, drive thru only available. As I read that sign, I attempted to call the store several times, and weirdly the busy signal came up for all the calls. So then I had to knock and wait for someone to come to the door. They pretended to not be able to hear/see me but as they saw I wasn’t going to leave, they finally send someone over. I told them I had an order pickup and they just said sorry that I would have to go through the drive thru…which mind you, was super long so defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. So then I asked if I could cancel my order and they said sorry they can’t do that. I told them they should disable the ordering ahead option if the consumer has to go through the drive thru. Anyhow tried to reason with them but there was no hope. What a waste of time and money and horrible customer service.

They are now only allowing orders through the drive through when i purchased on the app for in store. Rudely put up and sign and locked the door in front of me.

This afternoon Andrew was killin' it. He was in turbo mode making drinks and making them tasty. The wait was long as it usually is at this location but Andrew gets 5 stars for hustle. The guy working the window was also very personable and polite. Even though this location is the closest it's usually my least favorite because of unexpected closures, out of products, and long wait times.
