Had an awful experience this morning, I was well dressed, walk in casual, stood and waited for staff,don't know if I was greeted or not, but I nicely leaned in and ask for the code to the john, and low and behold, I was told its company policy that a person has to make a purchase before use of facilities, well I have been coast to coast and state to state and never heard of said policy, I politely said ok and I'll go elsewhere, no need to ask for the manager or why, the reason was obvious, I am a tad bit darker than thr regulars. I went into drive thro to obtain store info and now I'll make a few calls bc that type of conduct is not to be tolerated and the owner needs a lesson in state and federal laws. I’m not happy with this location and I don’t like to post negatively but here I am, so others know the inconsistencies here.
Yesterday I was given the wrong sandwich, I purchased the bacon, egg and Gouda but got the sausage egg and cheese (didn’t realize I had to fully check before driving off). I still ate it but when you order something I would expect to receive what I ordered.
Then this morning 1/19 11:26am, at the drive through I ordered a Carmel macchiato, requested extra ice and extra Carmel drizzle. I requested from the drivethru lady to please remake my drink because it didn’t have extra ice or Carmel drizzle and so much milk. But they didn’t remake my drink! It looks like they dumped the first drink they made in a new cup that had a lot of ice and there wasn’t extra Carmel drizzle in either drink they made. I drove off because I didn’t want to impose anymore but it makes me feel like they were thinking “she won’t tell the difference” instead of just remaking my drink. I can tell it wasn’t remade because it was pre-mixed, macchiatos normally have the milk at the bottom and coffee at the top of the cup, clear separation (how I initially received it). They overdo it with milk in general here so why not just fill the cup with extra ice before you pour in soooooooo much milk into the cup. I won’t be coming here anymore, bummer.

I should have made this review a long time ago, because I love the place, but something extra prompted me to make a post. 10AM Saturdays I spend my 10 minute break quickly picking up coffee for me and a coworker at this location, but they didn't put coffee in one of my coffees (11-2-24). I usually can understand missing something when it is busy, but how does one not put coffee in the coffee? I now have to test them before leaving...
Dietary restrictions: As a diabetic I appreciate that I can replace the sweeteners with stevia. Also Almond and Coconut milk is there if you can't have cow milk

Incredible customer service. Great attitude. They just baked the chocolate cookies and I feel warm inside. Veronica and Sheridan are fantastic and soooo nice and brought my food fresh out the oven. You know the food is good when the cheese is melted to crisp.
They are always very nice and make great drinks.
