Bad service. The few times I have gone,they always get my order wrong and have to wait more than 15 minutes. They always take out the drive thru orders and the online orders first. Don't recommend it at all.

I go to this starbucks often and i am usually happy with my experience. The lines can get long because it’s near a relatively large hospital. I highly recommended ordering online.I did want to share they will be closed for sometime for remodeling and I wanted to share that here.

When you get stars for using personal Starbucks cup the price makes the coffee taste way better. Friendly staff make the rush seem like playtime. To each their own for sure, but to me the sandwich stuff is garbage. Warm cake breads yum. Cold pressed is a nice grab. I'm still drowning in drip. Cheers

The drinks that I ordered were fine but the breakfast sandwiches and my pastry were cold. They were not heated all the way (the middle was cold) and I think it's because of the rushing to get orders completed at a certain amount of time. I don't think I will be going to this Starbucks if I want something to eat.

Had a horrible drink asked for a white chocolate mocha and got instead water down coffee with milk. Seems like I had a left over drink mixed with water. Allan mngr said I can get another one. Just want them to acknowledge the mistake so someone else won't get a horrible drink.

It’s close to a school and it gets packed at around 3:30-4:30! Just a warning to anyone who’s trying to order in the afternoon and is met with a wave of students. It’s hard to find parking too because parents using the lot as a pickup place lol. Their drinks are hit or miss! But the workers are trying their best with the circumstances they have so 4 stars :)

It’s gotten so much worse. The drive thru line is super slow. If it’s fast, they are bound to mess up your order. Customer service isn’t anything amazing.

Since the location I went to all the time stopped receiving mobile orders, and was frequently not open, I started getting my coffee's from this location. They are really hit or miss when it comes to how busy they are, sometimes the drive thru is wide open, and sometimes it's way backed up I can't figure out why, because I always go at the same time. I will say the staff here is on point, and they always are moving quickly and always get my order correct. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this location or their staff, they rock. Thank you for always making me the best coffee!!
Horrible service. Way too much ice for this drink. Paid for extra Sweet cream cold foam and just got extra ice instead. Rude woman at the driveway had us waiting there for 4-5 minutes to just mumble what we owed and a thank you and then popped up with the next car 4 drinks before we even left the window. She had us waiting there for our simple drinks so she can make the next order quicker for them. Never coming to this Starbucks again.

This team of Starbucks ladies are heaven sent! I requested Christmas Frap Treats- 12 of them! They didn't roll their eyes they actually took it upon themselves to write merry Christmas on the cups. How sweet!! Totally made my day. Thanks Target Starbucks for going above & beyond. Appreciate you during the busy holidays. Let's spread the Christmas cheer!
