It's not a good idea to order in the lobby, because the employees pay more attention to the people who have been ordering in their cars, I ordered in the lobby and had to wait more than 20 minutes for them to give me my coffee and there were people before me who had been waiting longer for the coffees.

I've never waited in a short(ish) line for over 40 minutes, but there was nowhere for me to leave the line. One gal taking orders, making drinks and food. She tried. Mgmt. must staff this new location better.

Do not go to this Starbucks. We had to wait in the drive thru for nearly 40 minutes. They have screwed up my husbands drink multiple times. He asks for a white iced mocha with Carmel drizzle and they gave us a hot mocha. Then when we got to the window they told us we only had to wait 8 minutes for our drinks. This place needs new staff or else people are going to keep complaining. I will never come to this location again. They’re slow and rude and don’t know how to take orders right and make drinks right.

Came in today as usual for my regular, Molly and Jen at the window took care of my order and did a FANTASTIC job with my latte there customer service is above and beyond here. Everyone is so nice & this is very rare to see!! Good JOB management!

Went there 3 times and they got my orders wrong all 3 times. 1st time they forgot to add extra shot of espresso for my expresso frap, 2nd time I've ordered 2 venti espresso freps with no whip cream with extra shots, they gave us 2 grande hot drinks! Then waited for them to fix my orders but still got it wrong!with no extra shot. 3rd times i ordered Hot Venti Caramel macchiato with tripple shots but i got regular coffee! No caramel! Just Coffee with almond milk. I will not go there anymore. 3 times its more than enough for me. All my orders were mobile picked up. They were not many people also.

Very poor service. Ordered a drink to go via mobile app. Walked to pick up. Stood at pick up line for 20 mins with no opening of walk up order / pick up window. Drive through continued to be serviced throughout this time. My drink was ready for 20+ minutes before being able to speak to employee / the window opening. Recommend walking through the pick up line for better results OR avoiding this location altogether. Horrible location as well in a very busy intersection. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It was my first time at this branch, and I met a girl she works there at the drive-through her name Sadi she is the best. She has a very professional hospitality and a great customer service skills.

I ordered a ham croissant! Real good for 4$ with a siracha sauce was really good. My siracha fell in accident! The girl working didn't get her name but she was very polite about it!

This is a beautiful new location. It's giving Malibu vibes. The parking lot seems very tight. We were in a big truck and it seemed like a tight squeeze to park since another car was trying to back out to leave. It should be a busy spot because of the location. We were pleased it was not busy around 4 PM this evening. We went to the window to order and the fan was a little loud and cold. My mom mentioned that and the employee turned it off. We tried to get the promo for the free hot coco. We didn't realize you had to have the app for that. My app suddenly kicked me out and I could not log in at all. So we passed on the coco. She ordered two teas and when we got the order there was only one. She told him that and he quickly made another. We are not sure if we were charged for one or two since she paid with a gift card that might have a small balance on it. My used the bathroom and said there seemed to be wet and gross in there. I usually always order in advance on the app to avoid issues like this. I'm looking forward to a better experience, next time!
