Watch out for the girls (women don't behave this way) mutating. One day they are friendly and the next day they are going out of their way to make your experience unpleasant. The person I noticed who was instigating it all was a girl by name of Catherine.

Always a good experience whenever I order from here. Mostly in the mornings.

I placed a mobile order here while driving through Oceanside and arrived just 10 minutes later, only to find that my order wasn’t ready. Despite the store being empty, I had to wait a few more minutes. Upon walking in, the worker at the register didn’t greet or acknowledge my husband and me. When I mentioned I was there for a mobile order pickup, his only response was a grunt. My husband asked for the restroom code, and in a very aggressive tone, the worker asked, “Are you ordering something?” I was taken aback by his rudeness and replied that he was with me. The worker reluctantly gave the code.

My husband noted that the restroom was dirty, with paper towels and toilet paper scattered on the sticky floor. The store itself felt cold, with few tables and an overall uninviting ambiance. When the barista finally finished my drink, she placed it on the counter without acknowledging me, even though I was standing right there waiting.

This was easily one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve had. Between the rude staff, unclean restrooms, and the lack of a welcoming atmosphere, I won’t be coming back. To top it off, my hot drink was lukewarm. I really hope management addresses the issues here.

This place is the worst I would not come here again takes forever to get your coffee and people ignore you when you walk in I ordered through the drive-thru or the drive-thru was hella packed it's about 10:00 in the morning here on a Saturday

The people had a tough 10 minutes while we were in the store - two difficult customers and the registers went down all at the same time. They never missed a beat and all were served!!

Had a pleasant experience at this location. Barista that took my order was professional and polite. I wanted to try Blackberry Sage Lemonade but wasn’t quite sure. He took time to explain the product and I decided to give it a try. I wasn’t disappointed. Nice refreshing flavor tart but yet has some mild sweetness to it without overpowering natural flavors of blackberry. Perfect for a warm day to help you stayed hydrated with a twist of berries. And my doggO loved the pup cup. That’s his favorite 🐾🐾🐾

Disappointed about amount of whip cream on my drink. My boyfriends coffee tasted burnt. They have a cup in the sale section marked at a higher price then the regular price. Cashier looks like she hates everyone.

The employees here are always so rude, and unhelpful, but I was at my last sraw when I saw the barista toss PAYING high school students out into the pouring rain, because no more chairs were available. Like what the heck?! They payed for a drink, let them take cover in here! It was so rude, especially because most of those kids wait at the Starbucks for their parents for hours! Definitely not wasting my money at this place ever again. 🙄
