The bathrooms were so disgusting, no toilet paper or soap, and the floors were blackened and the toilet seat had a dried waste all over. I let two different baristas know, but in the hour that I sat in the lobby, nobody replaced or cleaned it. They were all kind of rude to me at least, but I know everybody is working hard and it can be difficult to deal with so many things at once. It was just disappointing to be treated poorly at this store, and not for the first time.

Drinks are always watered down at this location and staff is consistently changing, which makes me wonder if this is a training location. This has been a regular occurrence for the last 2 years and seems worse on the weekends. I am not picky, but we purposely go to the Starbucks on Old Grove Road because the quality is completely different — at these prices, this is not acceptable.
The car lineup on the weekdays is also terrible. They don’t seem to have a system in place to streamline orders. With the way the parking lot is designed we have also seen a lot of close accident. Please get different management, or improve your training.

Pretty disappointing my husband stopped to get morning coffees, his perfect. Mine made with the wrong milk. Never had that when the milk is in the drinks name.

Back in the days, I actually worked at Starbucks, and training and classes we took were so customer service oriented and of course beverage knowledge to the point that you can describe the body, flavors etc to the customer who never tried particular product.
I am so sad to say that this location disappoints on all levels consistently. I stopped shopping at this location for those reasons. Today, I did stop by because it was on the way and deeply regretted my money spent and vibe distrupted.
