Went here in the evening to the drive through and had a read headed young woman which I believe her name was Madison. She was rude from the speaker and gave attitude as soon as we reached the pick up window. She forgot to hand us our food items, so I went inside to ask for the item. Was told she’d get it and ignored took her time until it was convenient to her. She proceeded to use her bare hands on the food without washing them after she used the order terminal. We did not eat the food.

Cool Starbucks , nice baristas (some lol), good coffee, just that they don’t have their lobby open till 10:30pm. They will have their drive-thru open till then but they try to close their lobby between 8-9pm depending on who is working so just be mindful of that. The other Starbucks nears by do close till 10pm though!

This is a nice Starbucks. Usually wonderful service . I think they're getting busier. When I come here now the drive through always has 5-6 cars. The wait time is increasing.

The bathroom has a code on the door, so you must purchase something to use it. Clean establishment, friendly staff.

The bathrooms were so disgusting, no toilet paper or soap, and the floors were blackened and the toilet seat had a dried waste all over. I let two different baristas know, but in the hour that I sat in the lobby, nobody replaced or cleaned it. They were all kind of rude to me at least, but I know everybody is working hard and it can be difficult to deal with so many things at once. It was just disappointing to be treated poorly at this store, and not for the first time.

Drinks are always watered down at this location and staff is consistently changing, which makes me wonder if this is a training location. This has been a regular occurrence for the last 2 years and seems worse on the weekends. I am not picky, but we purposely go to the Starbucks on Old Grove Road because the quality is completely different — at these prices, this is not acceptable.
The car lineup on the weekdays is also terrible. They don’t seem to have a system in place to streamline orders. With the way the parking lot is designed we have also seen a lot of close accident. Please get different management, or improve your training.

Pretty disappointing my husband stopped to get morning coffees, his perfect. Mine made with the wrong milk. Never had that when the milk is in the drinks name.
