I have been in customer service all my life and love it. I also like to acknowledge and share the great customer service experiences I come across or I am given. I have been to a Starbucks maybe 3 times total. I know REALLY!!! Yes really. I’m 65 and can count on 1 hand the number of times I’ve been to Starbucks. I’m not a huge coffee or tea drinker but I saw a special on the Albertson’s Store App for any Grande beverage. I decided to give it a try. Anjalea greeted me....
Love my Oceanside Plaza Drive Starbuck. They staff is friendly and fast with my order. Must of the time I am heading to work and time is important along with getting the order correctly.
I don't know what you are talking about, I was never at Starbucks today? I do like Starbucks when they have the white Chocolate salted caramel. You should talk to Howerd Shultz in Seattle and have the white chocolate sea salted caramel all year round ?
