Amazing experience! I accidentally ordered my mobile order at the wrong store, but Alex was incredibly kind and reassuring. He helped me right away and made sure I didn’t have to wait long since I was on my way to work. Thank you, Alex, for the great customer service! This is one of my favorite Starbucks—everyone here is always so kind.
I was having a rough day because another Starbucks location was closed for today but I visited this location and was given such great service and coffee which made my day very nice after all! Truly Starbucks makes the world go round. I would highly recommend this location!
I only use the drive through, and this doesn’t seem to be the kind of place you want to stay in-house and read the paper. But the service is excellent, and staff are friendly and terrific. Not sure if they’re Mira Costa students or what, but they’re incredibly hard workers, there serving coffee before 5am. Massive respect. This location is definitely doing something right.
