Stone Brewing Tap Room - Oceanside

Nice spot to enjoy a delicious beer with chairs and fire pits.

We are local OSiders , and we love Stone tap room! We have experienced Escondido, and Liberty station, and we enjoyed them both for there unique styles and beer, but we simply adore our hometown local Stone. This is a Tap room without a restaurant, which is good for us, we come for the the beer ,people, and atmosphere. For those who will like to add food while chilling and having a beer there are great surrounding food spots where you can order from, or have delivered to enjoy at the Tap room. They also have live music which never dissapoints. It's a great place for the pups, it's open and very sociable, with treats and a water bowl if you like. No food, uncomfortable seating. If you are visiting San Diego and want the Stone experience, go to Liberty station or to Escondido. This one pales by comparison

I was visiting Oceanside, on vacation and my friends suggested going to the Stone Brewing Company. I don’t drink beer but I went along with it for my friends.

I told the ever-so-helpful and friendly bartenders what I liked and they set me up with Imperial Notorious P.O.G. It was SO good! We went back there twice in one week and I bought some beer to take home. I'm a convert! I also love that it’s dog-friendly.

I highly recommend!

Great service. Great atmosphere! Outstanding beer. If you’re in Oceanside and don’t stop by your are missing it !

It was 9:10 and we just finished enjoying the infamous Thursday night Oceanside Sunset Market. It was an alluring full moon and the night fair was packed with wild local patrons. It was like an oasis stepping out from the chaos going through the Stone Brewing iron gate. I noticed every detail of their design, true landscape perfection. I enthusiastically approached the bar realizing a Stone draft will make this night a perfect evening. Before I could get a word out the bartender said politely, “Sorry the bar is closed”. I responded, The sign states open until 10”. His tone changed, he said, “Like everywhere else, the kitchen closes before the establishment, our last call was at 9 and then we will get everybody out by 10.” I mumbled, “It takes an hour to drink a beer?” He became very condescending and quickly tired of the conversation. As I walked out disappointed and parched, I couldn’t stop thinking how much money Stone Brewery is losing, downtown Oceanside is so packed with people on Thursday nights, I bet more than the rest of the entire week and this bartender wants to go home to feed his cat, ludicrousness at it’s best 🌝!

Gorgeous beergarden with fantastic beverages!

Stone has such well-rounded offerings for guests between beers & delicious cocktails; and there are lots of food options in the immediate area including a restaurant across the street where you can get your food delivered straight to you!
I also work at a brewery & I was delighted see how the business was run here. Jake (the bartender) was so friendly, welcoming, and informative! Thanks so much for the excellent customer service & overall experience! Stone brewing is one of the best in the biz :) thank you!

Service and beer selection always great

Came across this tap room while waiting for my train, wasn't aware of a taproom from Stone being so up north from here. Cool jungle-like environment and plenty of seating, though I was there during the slow hours of the day. Would be nice if they had a kitchen or allowed food trucks in their parking lot! But look forward to staying here from time to time when taking the train up north to meet up with friends.
