A tad expensive but well worth it. Always tastes super fresh and the people are always very nice. Large seating area that’s never busy. Go for the Peppered Club.

Great sandwich! Loved the bread options & fresh ingredients. Large variety of chips & drinks. And the establishment was clean.

Needless to say, I'm never going back to this Submarina again. Neither of those 2 should be making $20 an hour. Slow, unfriendly, place was uninviting.

I should have just walked out when I saw the long line. No one was being greeted when they walked in. There was a person waiting for door dash and when I started to get closer to the order counter. 2 people left. Even waiting I had my order online for urban café. I should have just sent yes because it took about the same about of time. Plus I really wanted submarina.

I was about to order my toppings and the cashier(kid) was ringing up the lady in front of me with cash and touching the register. Does he change his gloves?? Of course not. He then begins to touch my sandwich with those same gloves. Everyone here needs to be retrained because if I was the health department walking in on my lunch break. I would shut this place down.

I don't know what happened to this Submarina location but the last 3 times we ordered the DOUBLE MEAT (PILED HIGH) French Dip we got what actually looked like half the meat it should have had for a regular order. I love the quality of their food but I will no longer pay $18 for a sandwhich that is supposed to be DOUBLE instead of half!

Food and service were amazing! Meat was freshly cut, as were the veggies, the staff engaged in conversation, used manners… it’s a rare find in today’s world. Highly recommend!!

-1 for previous experiences had here which were not nice, mostly with concern to forgotten items, -1 because today I asked for my bread toasted with cheese and onions only; the meat was put on anyway, but +1 because it actually turned out great that way.
