Never had a problem with location all the workers are respectful never rude I aways see them deal with very rude customers and still stay professional a elder lady ordering everything very rude while the employee was still be respectful and being polite so these 1 stars don’t let them fool you just customers being rude thinking there above the employees when there human as well. will still be coming back to this location it’s always clean and workers are fast and accurate with orders this happen 07/28/25 around 3:55 ish

The store closes at 10pm and I arrived at 9:20. The girl refused to make any food because she was “about to close”. She wasn’t friendly and didn’t offer to make anything even though they were still open for another 40 mins.

Very rude customer service and I order egg with a steak that’s my every day sandwich and all other Location was give it tow sperm of steak but this place just put one spoon and that’s also like half spoon and when I ask she’s said if you want extra we’re gonna charge your extra. I said no I just need a regular and this is every day. I’m getting from any other Location tow sperm of steak but she refused to give me.

This is my favorite location to get subway from ! It’s a 15 min drive but is so worth it, service, food, atmosphere, very clean. Not to mention they take coupons, staff member Elizabeth was very sweet and patient with my order. Great Job ??

This location does not accept coupons even though the website says it is a participating location. They will accept your online order and cancel it as your parking at the location. Huge waste of time. Also, on two other occasions they have messed up my online order (forgetting to add avocado and forgetting the chips). That normally wouldn’t be too bad, but they refused to give me a refund on the forgotten items and instead I was told that next time I came in, I would be given free chips and avocado. Lo and behold, the next time I went in, they were difficult about honoring that promise even though I had the email from subway that stated these terms. Terrible customer service and terrible management
