Normally I avoid this Subway at all costs, every time ive been theyve had no drinks, no chips, and the service was slow and horrible. Tonight I went in and James was working. He was alone but was kind, attentive and able to muli task without ignoring me or making me wait for an obscene amount of time. Ive had unpleasnt experiences at this Subway before but James is an assest to this team! Promote him he deserves it!

Came in for three footlong sandwiches and the lady was only able to concentrate on one sandwich at a time. Then the sandwiches were not neat all messy. My mom and I also had to pay before the sandwiches were almost ready. No other Subway charges before ordering it. This individual should not be working at a subway. 5/24/25 time: 430pm

this subway by far has been a better experience for me especially with mobile order...the other locations have been out of ingredients and dont even bother calling you to let you know before wasting gas to drive all that way but the lady here reached out to let me know they only have one type of bread at the moment and even did go over the rest of the ingredients to make sure they had it..

Worst Subway I have ever been to. I live close to this location and would rather take an additional 15 minutes to drive to another location.
Service has never been great. Every time I have gone they have been out of stock of various items and the staff working there is often lackadaisical and slow. They have also been rude to my wife so I advise anyone to take the time and go to a different Subway that cares about its customers.
Also, I have consulted with the staff at other Subways in the area and they have confirmed to have received similar complaints about this location.

Rough day at this subway. Out of provolone, fountain machine was down, only 4 options for chips, only one employee appeared to be working. Since the fountain machine was down, you were allowed to take a bottled beverage but only two types of soda were available. On the plus side, food was ready upon my arrival.

I went into the Subway on 3776 Mission Ave., in Oceanside CA (Dec. 26th). I have not been into one in years and wanted to try the toasted steak and cheese. I arrived 15 minutes before they closed. There was one employee. He told me he already turned the oven toaster off and could not make a toasted sandwich. I asked him how he could turn it off before they are closed? He said it takes 30 minutes to cool down. It was obvious he was looking at the clock and just wanted to go home. This just blew me away. I left, and I will never go back. This guy was rude and didn't care about customers. I bet if he called his manager, they would of said to make the sandwich and then leave. What happened to good old customer service, especially during inflation and people don't eat out as much?
