Every time I have come to this location something happens. Last two mobile orders I placed I didnt get my sandwhiches the way I ordered. Ik its just a subway so dont expect too much but they skipped sum they charged me for. The one on off college is a more reliable subway.

Decided to come try the new items: churro, pretzel, and cookie foot long. The girl put all three in the oven which made them all undercooked and didn't season the churro so it was a fried doughy dough. Also got a chicken teriyaki that was cold by the time I started eating in my car. It's been 3 days now trying to reach a manager. Everytime I call, she is on break and I'm told to call, no joke 45-3hrs later. I tried calling again today and the line is busy. Pretty crazy stuff.

Can I give them 0 stars? I ordered two sandwiches online, then I went to the store to pick them up and they were out of the meat. Then I said we can change both sandwiches to something else and then they only had enough meat for 1 sandwich. This was the second time I have tried to go there with horrible service. Will not be returning.
Place is soooo slow everytime. Like if their allergic to efficiency. Playing loud rap music and being slow is a recipe for customers to be angry and storm away for wait times being too long. Customers did walk away. Who ever is in the charge of this store should upheld higher standards because it reflects YOU. Your team doesn't care if you don't care and here it shows. Do better.

Walked up at 5:40pm and the doors were locked with no signs saying going on break or anything. Waited 10 minutes and gave up. Felt bad for the guy waiting with me because he already paid for his order and was waiting even longer than me. If you can't even staff it enough to stay open then you should just close this location.

horrible experience, cookies were hard as a rock, why sell them at that point, you could tell the newer one wanted to quit and the other one was just talking to everyone like everything was ok, she asked me what veggies and I walked up to the counter and they didn't have any lol, besides old lettuce like my god how embarrassing.

I had a great service at this location. Tall guy is super nice, my son didn't like his sandwich and he offered to remake it. I highly recommend this subway restaurant.

Tyler was the only employee there today and he was very busy but he had awesome customer service. The customer in front of me had 2 sandwiches to be made and I had three and Tyler rocked it in a great amount of time.

Did pick up order for a turkey sandwhich from this location tonight. I received a tuna sandwich- everything on the sandwhich was correct aside from the tuna. I’m allergic to seafood.The guy working seemed to be the only one working, so it’s hard to blame someone who is left short handed & probably overwhelmed. But this could have ended me in the ER if i had not noticed right away. Please be more cautious!!!

Tried to stop in to get a breakfast sub, with one weasel punk kid helping a slow old man and I try to use the restroom and the kid says it’s out of service and I’m standing there waiting for them to figure out a sandwich. I will not be patronizing there from the discomfort I put up with.
