Stopped in on 6/17 to order some sandwiches that a different Subway couldn't make. The guy working was less than thrilled that my order contained 4 sandwiches and a wrap. I felt like i was bothering him and i could swear it seemed like he was being forced to work. In the end i asked if he could write names on the sandwiches so i could know what was what, he proceeded to chicken scratch the letter T on each one. Subway has become a JOKE. What a shame.

They messed up half of the sandwiches in our order of 6. Ordered ahead on the app and they didn’t have enough meatballs (ordered 2 meatball subs) made and didn’t start making them until we arrived to pick up, adding 15 minute wait. Skimped us on “double meat” orders.

So we lost faith at our subway off college and the 76 because for some reason they are just always out of ingredients and dont bother calling when it comes to the meat aspect of the sandwich we always order on the app for the deals so we had to drive all the way to this location off oceanside blvd well we went to pick them up and i had to drop my bf off at work he checked the sandwiches but couldnt see where the meat was to see if they put the right meats well the girl making the sandwich didnt even bother to read the slip seeing that we ordered a baja chipotle turkey and baja chipotle chicken she automatically assumed they were both chicken so when i got home and took a bite it was chicken and it was supposed to be turkey she also didnt even mention that there was no subkrunch so my bf had told her and she said oh we are out...what's with people not knowing how to read the slips or not communicating when there is missing ingredients

My husband and I went to this subway and as we were waiting in line, my husband coughed. The woman making the sandwich was an older lady worker with long black hair and freckles all on her arm who wasn’t wearing a hairnet, asked my husband if he was sick. My husband said no and this woman said “if you’re sick then I’m going to have to step back and not help because I’m recovering from lung infections, covid” and she proceeded to tell us everything wrong with her and why it’s important for us to not be sick around her. This was incredibly rude considering my husband wasn’t sick. If you’re sick or recovering and you’re scared of getting sick STAY HOME!!!! She was refusing us service if he was sick and I wasn’t going to stand for that so we left. Rudest person I have ever met in my life. Do not go here if you cough!!!!

The lady working today was clearly overwhelmed, when we walked in she said “oh my god, I’m tired, I’m working alone and u guys gonna have to wait” she had 2 people on the line. We walked away and headed to Jersey Mikes. Please hire more staff for you business.
Walked in this location to with my lovely mother. My mom noticed that they didn’t have any natural flavor drinks in front.she asked the guy if they would have any. He stated NO ! We don’t. I’m not use to people well a child talking to an adult like that . I over looked that ok. The boy started placing on gloves . My mother asked him if they hade Tuna he said yes . We got the Bread all sorted out. He starts making a sandwich , not the tuna on wheat. We didn’t notice he wasn’t making our sandwich until he went to the oven. Then he finally stated . Oh hold on I have online orders to do. Me and my mom looked at each other placed our chips down and left. This is rude to ignore me first off for 2 min to make an order of a person who is not in the building. Come on even when we told him . That’s ok he dated Good Bye these kids are rude at this location. I’ll never be back

I decided to try subway for the first time in a year, I stood in line for 10 minutes the two girls behind the counter were not friendly, when I went to pay for my meal the lady at the register said oh i accidentally gave your sandwich to the lady in front of you no apologies such attitude I willl never go back to this location again.

I've been having terrible experiences at this subway for a long time, but I continued going because it's right next to my house. Today was the final straw, I go in to order and get greeted by the rudest little girl I've ever met. Her first response to my order is arguing with me about the bread, I asked for Italian herbs and cheese. She says "that's not a thing, it's Italian or herbs and cheese" being as snarky as possible while I'm literally reading the words "Italian herbs and cheese" directly off THEIR SIGN! She then proceeds to mess the entire order up right in front of me and tells me "we don't have that here" when I asked for basic things that subway has ALWAYS HAD. I don't know if this girl is new here but it was enough to be the last time for me.
