Ordered 2 sandwiches for lunch they messed up both orders one of the sandwiches had a sharp piece of plastic on it my husband cut the inside of his jaw the sandwiches were dry no sauce were on them they put the wrong veggies on my sandwich I tried to call and talk to a manager didn't get a answer poor service and safety of people's lives I can't even finish my own sandwich because I'm not sure what I probably digested in my own body

I arrived at 7:40pm today 2.18.24. The lights were on. The door locked. No one insight. I called, no answer. As I was driving away, I noticed a person was present behind the counter. I am very disappointed.

This place they cancel my order. Even though I put it one hour early my order for the cookies..... Oceanside Subway does not sell cookies its all Lies!

I tried to enter the business and the door was locked during open hours at 7pm nobody in sight with an open sign on. I was looking forward to eating here sucks that the staff is ripping of their employer. Seems like they don't care. I wish I had a way to contact management because I've been coming here for my whole life and this is not right. When a business has an open sign on the building should be open. Not Locked. I could understand if someone wrote a note. Placed it on the door or even came and explained why it was locked with and open sign on.

Employees are nice but slow service. Parking lot sucks...Why is it always freezing in all subways? Overpriced not great food. So many better places to eat in area.

To be honest I will never go back there it’s a white girl with glasses and she is rude unfriendly and the worst service you can get she shouldn’t be there it’s bad for companies like subway and she doesn’t care it was her own words.

I recommend placing an online order through the app. The last few times I’ve seen long lines and not enough staff to keep up with the busy lunch rush. I went this morning and they only had 1 employee doing online orders and there were 3 people waiting to order.

I tried my best to give this location some Grace because I'd always received great service. This new management sucks! They don't greet you/take forever to acknowledge you but I'd be willing to let that slide but all they do is **** up. I pre-ordered on the app 40 min ahead and the app said my order was ready so I go in and this older woman tells me she will start on my order. I ask why my food isn't ready and she says she's just now seeing the receipt. No apology or anything, just a lame excuse. Again, I wanna allow some Grace because I've worked at a sandwich shop and know what lunch rush is like. Of course she rushed through my sandwich and left off my onions. Why are there only 2 people trying to handle a lunch rush?! Never had an issue with the previous management. The guy with the beard working there apparently only knows how to greet men. As I was leaving to wait in my car, another customer said I picked the wrong location to pre order from. Probably will use a different location for lunch from now on!

We ordered BMT and the BEAST through app and you would think they'll get it right since it is listed. I requested italian bread for both (got reg), with pepperjack cheese for both (got american), with oil and vinegar (none), and honey mustard for both (only BMT). I'm so disappointed. So much for ordering online to save time / money but they make your order wrong

I have been going to Subway for 48 years. I vowed not to return to this Oceanside store after a packed store and an employee just leaves me hanging waiting to pay. The youth of today has no respect for commitment. So, I was interested to see if things had changed after the re-opening. Short staffed, confusing menu with favs no longer there, you need to ask. Last but not least, prices have gone up +/-50%. I understand a price increase, but to go from a $8/footlong to a $12/footlong makes Subway no longer an option. I'll go into Albertsons for a freshly made sandwich. There's Poki, Chinese, Thai, Sushi, and Pizza close by. See you Subway, not going to miss you!!!

made an online order for BOGO and waited 15 more min from the time it was ready for pickup. waste of time and i feel bad because they are understaffed.
