Came at 3:20pm on 2/17/25 and waited for the girl to help one customer and when I was up next to order and I tried to order a #18 sandwich she told me she just got to work and hasn’t had time to prep the pepperoni so she doesn’t have any and it would take a while and that she only has wheat bread because the bread is still baking so I left.
I came back same day at 4:20 pm and attempted to get the sandwich I came in for 1 hour earlier and she said the bread just came out it’s cooling so I waited my turn until she finished helping one customer and then a delivery guy entered the store about 3 mins after me and she pushed his order in front me and said she has to help the delivery guy first. Never again will I patron this subway again!

Always out of stock on meats and veggies and bread, ordered 3 sandwiches through the app, all were wrong, basically skimped on everything, sandwiches sucked. Won't go back anymore, only about half the veggies, meat, and wrong bread. They suck, can't trust them, and they didn't say anything. Not sure if they were out of stock or just incompetent actually, maybe they just messed the order up royally.

12/26 Ordered 2 sandwiches. This location has limited meats & no tomatoes or olive. In addition there is 0 soft drinks fountain or bottled drinks. Server was friiendly Won't be back to this location. Not sure how this location makes the rent.

This location routinely has customer service issues, mostly - in my experience from just the few times I’ve gone - with unfriendly service and rude or indifferent (at best) attitudes. This morning I stopped in hoping to finally have a positive interaction - you know, the law of averages says one of these times is bound to be a good one, right? Nope. Not in this universe. I’m just a sucker I guess…. It was 9:50 AM so they had only been open for less than an hour. The bin that had tomatoes was near empty and looked like mostly cut ends and small pieces. I asked if they had any more tomatoes and the person behind the counter just simply said “no” like I was asking a ridiculous question and inconsiderately interrupting their moment of doing nothing on the company dime… come on now, there’s no way you don’t have another bin - if not multiple bins - of tomatoes. You just opened the store! Do you honestly expect those dinky, miserable little samples to last the whole entire day? Either this place is terrible at prepping or the person was just flat out lying to me because they didn’t want to go get more. Either way it’s unacceptable service. I’ll give them one star because most of the rest of the stuff looked fresh and clean, but spiritually it gets a fat ZERO. And that was the last chance I give this location. Not coming back again and I’m telling everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague.
I don't know what happened to subway.. but there's NO MEAT on their sandwiches anymore.. sad. Don't come here if you're Hungry.!!!!!

As seems to be the case with Subway these days, it was understaffed and understocked. Why should I wait in line only to be told that the tuna isn’t ready?

Excellent experience! I've been an Oside native here for years and have always viewed this location very low. Jose has made this store and my experience one to remember. The place was clean, he took great care and delicacy in crafting my families meals! Happy to report this place has changed and I will happily be back!!!
Got a lemonade at Bonsall subway that was nothing but syrup. Stopped by here on the way to Legoland. No one at the counter. Waited about a minute then said "hello?" Got a hello back. About two minutes later the employees come out. I ask if I can dump my syrup lemonade and refill. Even brought my receipt.from the other Subway. This guy tells me he has to ask someone and fiddles around with his phone trying to call someone. It goes to voicemail. He looks at me and says "I can't let you man, sorry," as he is clocking in or out.
Recommendations: Get a customer door notification that tells the employees in the back there is a customer in the store.
Also, management; empower your people with at least enough authority to satisfy or deny a simple customer request like filling up another drink from another Subway. He shouldn't have to call another person to make that decision one way or another.

employees laughing and talking like if they had no customers both seem to be very high (drugged) lost about five customers in that time while they made two sandwiches with one person, then was forgetting what he was asking us and what he was making all the time and horrible communication services no music in the background the most awkward subway I’ve ever been toO also asked a dad and his daughter if theyve ever been to subway the guy said obviously and the employees both laughed and ignored them, they ended up leaving and the child was sad

This store needs a lot of work and franchise owner needs to do better. Every time I come in someone is always rude and my sandwich is made wrong. I always order online to get the deals and recently I started coming into the store to watch them make my sandwich. I want to give a shout out to Caesar for being kind, making my sandwich correctly and not being rude?

FRANCHISE/OWNER- PAY ATTENTION!!!The ONLY reason I go to this location is because it’s my daughter’s favorite chain and it’s close. BUT, all of the one star reviews are accurate. Please schedule more than one person to work shifts. Waiting fifteen minutes for a sandwich when only two other people are in line is a joke. Employees prioritize online orders, which is fine and necessary, but when people are waiting in line and the ONE EMPLOYEE is trying to juggle everything, tensions rise. Definitely not the most pleasant experience. I wish someone from Subway would help this pathetic location.

Whoever runs this store should never be allowed to run a store again. The employee was by herself, with a long line of people waiting for food. Placed my order online and she messed up my order, first by giving me a six-inch instead of a footlong, when I asked about it, she fixed it but it wasn't until I got home that I realized she put olives in the sandwich when I didn't order olives.
