I have been visiting this Subway for quite some time since I work close by, and I have noticed a significant improvement in their customer service. Even despite a long line and only one employee managing the counter, the service was exceptional. The staff member remained professional, efficient, and courteous throughout. It is clear that this location has made meaningful progress, and it has become my favorite lunch spot.

Ordered through the subway app for convenience, but will not be ordering from this location again. The management still sucks! They always have just one employee on busy nights, that’s insane! Very disappointed with the two sandwiches in my order! Ordered 2 #20 (chicken bacon ranch). One sandwich was to be toasted, neither one was! Then the toppings were mixed between both sandwiches so essentially I had to deconstruct both sandwiches at home and attempt to get the correct toppings on each sandwich. And one of the sandwiches was missing the sauce topping all together! How do you still mess up if you have the printed copy in front of you while building the sandwich???? And if you call to complain, the manager bullies you into just dealing with it! That is so wrong!!!! I didn’t get what I paid for! I filed a complaint with subway guest services but don’t know how helpful that will be! Boycotting SUBWAY all together for hood….chance after chance and still no change or improvement!
