Absolutely AMAZING ramen!! we got the Miso Ramen with chicken and LOVED IT. we also got the Pacific Roll, Tuna Roll, and Avocado Roll and loved them just as much. also great customer service, and got our food after 5 minutes. recommend to anyone who loves sushi!!

The best sushi! Used to eat at Sunshine when it was downtown on the Coast Hwy. New location is fabulous - large, open air seating, easy parking, 2 bathrooms. Rolls are as yummy as ever!

If you're missing Sunshine Poke that recently closed on the 101, look no further! They have reopened on Mission, in the Walmart parking lot. Their previous location was tiny, so I'm happy to see that they have a larger space now with indoor and outdoor seating. I've been here twice and ordered both poke and sushi, and thoroughly enjoyed both! The employees are always pleasant and food comes out quickly. The takoyaki (basically baked octopus pancake-balls) is a delicious side to your entree. The poke bowls have so many toppings and have the option for rice, spring mix, or half and half. The Philadelphia roll and the Bake Salmon roll are scrumptious. And of course you can't go wrong with a glass (or several) of Sapporo or sake! This will definitely continue to be a regular lunch or dinner (or snack) spot for me.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and wasn't disappointed. Grabbed a poke bowl and a sushi roll. Both were pretty good, very basic but hit the spot. If you're looking for a place to grab a quick bite and you're in the mood for some fish I would recommend.

This place is a little great hidden gem in the Downtown Oceanside area. The staff here is super amazing and friendly. Lots of super great and delicious food here. I ordered the oceanside roll and a philly roll and both were super tasty! Their wasabi is on point!! not like the other places that have weak or super watery and non spicy wasabi. Parking can be a little hard to find on the main road, but there is plenty of parking around the area just a block or two away. I can't wait to come back here and try more of their rolls!

This place is so amazing. It's the perfect lunch spot or low key dinner or even take out sushi/poke restaurant. The staff are incredibly nice, like I came in for lunch today, salmon and tuna hand rolls (which are 4$ each and my meal was only 8$) and after going down to the beach as I was walking back to worth and passed by i came back in to use the bathroom. They let me leave my leftovers (just one big bite of each hand rolls) and I went to the bathroom. When I returned I found out one of the staff had actually thrown it out. I was thinking it's totally fine/not a big deal, but they insisted of making me a whole new hand roll with tuna and salmon, and on top of that when I tried to get change to tip them they were so adamant it wasn't necessary. I really had to fully insist I did tip them but they still didn't even seem to mind if I did or not. Food 5/5 decor 3/5 service 5+/5 Ps they are moving just down the street Jan 1st next to Walmart and I'm praying nothing changes between this location and that

Good quality poke bowl, though the fish portion was pretty small. Long wait. Cramped space. Worth a visit if you're in the area, but I recommend taking it to go to the beach.

I discovered this place during the shutdown last year around April/May & it quickly became my go to sushi's & poke place! I love the sunshine roll with the lemons, so refreshing ! Quick service & always a friendly family owned staff/atmosphere. A hidden gem right off coast highway in downtown Oside.
