I stopped in at the Vista Taco Bell around 8:45 PM and used the kiosk to place my order. After waiting for a bit, I found out my order had accidentally been handed to someone else. Mistakes happen — but how the staff handled it really stood out.
They immediately acknowledged the mix-up and got to work remaking everything without hesitation. No excuses, no frustration — just quick, respectful, and professional service. Everyone stayed cool under pressure and moved with urgency.

Staff were very helpful and friendly! Did a mobile pick up and my food was hot and delicious. Dining area and condiment bar is very clean. Clean bathroom as well.
I always go to drive thru window here. They always get my order right and are fast. I recently tried the Chicken Cantina bowl! It was yummy and apparently it's healthy too. Hooray!
