Went Tuesday the 9th or April at 12:30 got a value meal nacho’s very sad looking. Like 3 nacho chips Smallest portions I’ve ever had what’s going on. Went back in the restaurant this African American guy says that’s what it is. Thinking I would walk out. I’m 62 years old my sons in the car. I said you half to do better than that. I always get this at different Taco Bell’s it’s my favorite he the Africa American man start in disrespectful tone of voice thats it buddy he wouldn’t shut up never have I seen someone arguing like that very not business like (immature). The manager came out I asked her I just want my money back. He kept arguing with me acting disrespectful to me I said I’m never coming back. He said fine don’t come back. I said I won’t. Back and forth business. I said you have the wrong job the way you’re acting with customers. Just throw on more chips and I would have been happy. I think he needs to find a job not working with the public. I don’t know what he could do tell you the truth can’t control himself. Very sad experience I had. Very disappointed in Taco Bell. In what they turned out to be now.

Terrible experience today and I’m a frequent customer. Drive thru was long so I went inside to order. The lobby smells like a sewer, the tacos were very soggy and my son had a curly hair in his soft taco.

Young Kid named Javier has exceptional customer service! He was very patient & polite! He even would tell us to take our time & if we had any questions he could recommend us some delicious items! I honestly don’t write reviews but he’s worth giving some recognition ! You dont see great customer service anymore !
It's Taco Bell, so there's not much to say. I used to be able to get a lot for $5. Staff here is friendly. Good for a quick stop. Drive thru can be pretty long, bad enough that it spills into the street at times. As others have said, there does seem to be a homeless problem.

Got horrible food poisoning last night from here. Pretty sure it was the steak. Immediately after eating the steak fries I was vomiting. So don’t eat the steak here I guess. Idk what happened to it, probably was left out all day.

I loved Taco Bell's vegan cheese. Sad it was only for a limited time. That was delicious! I ordered here once and although the food tasted great, they forgot to include my vegan nachos . We were too tired to return to the store after getting home when we found out so we tried to call the store but the line was not working. We triple checked the phone number but it was correct. So tried to contract corporate. Well, you can only reach them my email using their contact form online. So we did that and it took several weeks to get a response. Hubby ended up going back to the store the next day and got the vegan nachos but he said he was questioned almost in disbelief why he didn't call the store. He explained that we tried several times, etc. He ended up getting the nachos but no apologies for the mishap.One plus it's relatively easy to order and customize food online so you can make several items vegan. I will prob order food here again because it's another vegan option. If they had the vegan nachos year round I'd probably go here more.Check your bags for your order BEFORE you leave!
