I had a very frustrating experience at this Taco Bell. I was told I could not use the restroom unless an item was purchased first. I explained that I intended to make a purchase and just needed to use the restroom beforehand, but they still refused. I spoke with the shift leader/manager and the employee at the counter, and neither was willing to help or use common sense in the situation. What made it worse was that the employee printed a random receipt from a previous transaction (with his name on it and another customer’s order) and told me to call a 1-800 number that wasn’t even listed on the receipt. I did contact customer support and sent an email; they told me someone would call me back, but the overall experience felt dismissive and unhelpful. I want people to be aware that apparently even if you’re planning to spend money here — potentially a lot — you still won’t be allowed to use the restroom first. That feels unreasonable and unwelcoming as a customer.

Worst possible service. Ever. No greeting no smiles. No eye contact. Rude. Didn’t let me speak or order ignored me until I ordered on the kiosk. They all seemed to have an attitude not sure why lol it’s crazy how much there’s no such things as customer service anymore. Won’t be coming back.

I never got to Taco Bell so I decided to try it. They got our order wrong. Our tacos were soggy on the bottom & the shells were broken. Maybe it's just this location but I'll probably never go again to any Taco Bell.

yesterday my friends & i placed a hugeee order through drive through & the worker marco i believe, (that was the name on the receipt) WAS AMAZING. he was soo incredibly patient through the headset and got us our food so quick. he was so nice & had such great customer service. he definitely needs a raise & praise because he did awesome!! thank you for feeding us hungry girls marco!

I’ll preface this with, I absolutely love cool ranch Doritos, HOWEVER, the cool ranch Doritos tacos are 1.5/10 do not recommend lol
Other than that, I always get good food here and the service is always friendly.
