Taco Bell 🔔 has changed a lot over the years. The menu and these new & improve items. As I was ordering my meal, I noticed that the cashier put his fingers in both of my cups, which is disgusting. I mean, really. Drive thru cashier (s) handling money and cards. Can you please be more cleaner.

Went through the drive-thru at 1:25 am with closing at 2:00 am. I was told I couldn’t order food because the system was down but the two cars in front were receiving food and the person behind wouldn’t let us back up to leave. Sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes waiting to be able to leave.

This taco bell is so hit or miss. I don’t know what happened to all the good employees. I used to get off work and go here 3 times a week in 2022-2023. I got the cravings box with the same customization every single time and it was perfect every single time. I must have ordered 2-3 cravings box’s a week and I didn’t have a messed up order for a year. The burrito was always grilled and they didn’t forget the utensils. Now whenever I go it’s a 50/50 whether it is going to be grilled or not. Some of the burritos I have gotten this year have been lukewarm, chewy, and 90% tortilla. When they grill it and make it right it’s so good. But it’s now a dice roll every single time. And don’t get me started on extra sauces. If you want the avacado verde sauce you are out of luck. I haven’t gotten one 80% of the time I have paid extra for them. This taco bell was one of my favorite places to get food from as the one by the flower fields has not gotten my order right a single time. I feel horrible asking them to make sure the burrito is grilled but most of the time it’s not. I’m not ordering a lot of food it’s just one box i’m fine waiting in the parking spots or coming inside to wait I just want my food to be correct. But please give me the sauce I pay for. If you need it hire more people do it.

Know your fast food MENU. I can't afford most of these places, post Biden administration, as menu items have almost doubled. It's still not too bad if you order off the Value Menu

Cashier was nice, but I had the most disgusting burrito of my life. I ordered two green burritos with no onions parentheses just sauce, cheese and beans and parentheses. I left drive-through, and took a bite of my burrito and immediately gagged because it had extra onions. The texture was like gravel.
Not coming back to this location.
