REALLY HELPS WITH MY BLOOD SUGAR TOO.Wheelchair accessibility: Have never been in with my chair. I aways use the drive thru as parking is limited.

Ordered with the Kiosk inside, there were zero people in their and it still took 10 minutes for them finally to ask if we had ordered drinks and what they were. 5 minutes after that we got our food with a "free taco" coupon for the wait.Only half of the food we ordered was in the bag, the other stuff was random. A hard shell and a soft shell taco and crunch wrap? I had ordered 2 potato tacos and the new chicken crunch thing. That's not even close. For an empty lobby that's not an acceptable wait time.
Painfully slow drive through. 30 minute wait and counting.

This location is horrible. We went through the drive through and didn't realize until I got home that we were given the wrong order. Drove back up there to get the correct order. The employee tried to hand me the order that was sitting on the counter. I said I wanted it made fresh. It has been sitting there for at least 30 minutes and somebody else probably returned that. We litterly sat there for over half an hour waiting for them to remake it. 2 tacos, a quesadilla, and a bowl of beans is what we ordered. People that came in after us were already getting their food. I complained that we had been waiting over half an hour and his response was well others have been waiting over half an hour too. ?. Seriously, thats pretty sad. Why the hell does it take over half an hour to make a fast food taco. You all need to take lessons from Chick Fil a on how to keep it flowing smoothly.

They take 15 minutes to get your food out, they can't get your order right. A crunchwrap has no crunch. How can anyone get that wrong? It's not rocket science. Ridiculous. Gave them so many chances. And they can't even answer the phone. Probably cause they know it's complaints. FAST FOOD WORKERS DON'T DESERVE $20 AN HOUR. DONE WITH THIS TACO BELL. DONE WITH ALL FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS. BUT THIS TACO BELL ON PLAZA HAS IDIOTS WORKING.

It took 15 minutes to get a number 1 combination. The counter person was not there to take customer's order. The taco assemblers in the back were arguing with each other. No one was in control of the restaurant. I will not go back to Taco Bell again. Del Taco is much better.

I called Taco Bell and I did not answer because they were busy obviously and went to voicemail and I left a voice message saying that I will be back tomorrow to pick up my steak burrito supreme as they charge me for $5.69 instead they gave me a bean and cheese burrito not even a beefy supreme burrito they gave me a bean and cheese burrito that is ridiculous that is straight off the hinges you know I want to speak with corporate

Came in tonight for take out & young lady working the front cashier was rude, snappy and had rotten attitude!! She definitely needs some more customer service training. I understand work stressful or u had a rude customer but that's doesn't give her the right to be rude to me bc I was nice & I asked for my drink that she forgot and she acted like I asked her for do a backflip. Definitely will not be so nice next time !
