The apple fritters are made the way an apple fritter is supposed to be made. There is a reason they are called “apple” fritters, and this place delivers. They are not bready, they are flat, and they are deep-fried properly. The ham & cheese croissant hit the spot, just enough filling in a properly laminated dough that was so flaky it was literally finger-licking good! The gentleman who took our order was so patient with us and friendly; we enjoyed the laughter and conversation....

My mom’s been getting donuts here since I was a kid, and everything is as good as I remember. The donuts are classic, sweet, and the perfect texture. They also have all sorts of coffee drinks and canned beverages in a fridge by the register.
