It’s great the service the staff is friendly and look professional. Despite not having a lot of people in the cafe section of seating they’re not on their phones and actively trying to work when no one is there. Truly the best!! Every table is clean and the floor is spotless!! (The music is amazing too, not too loud and not too quiet and the just right amount of melody no harsh noises in the music so ambience is nice and perfect)

June 6th 715pm I waited for ever while 1 worker made all the drinks and the other female worker talked to 2 teenage boys who were acting like jerks about inappropriate things....horrible experience..the manager should be so embrassed of how their staff acts at work in front of customers

Here me out.... delicious. The location is hidden away. The service was great the food was great and the price was even better.i had the combo meal with rice ? mac salad and Popcorn chicken ? (mild spice lvl) and a mango Tealush all for only $14 ... Def. Coming back, you too should check it out ?? Aloha ??

9.28.24 at 11:02 am ... Staff saw us coming in and started walking to the back. We waited 5 mins and then rang the bell and still waited anther 10 mins before she came out to take out order. No still, no hello, no greeting... bad service.

Customer service here has always been great from all of my experiences. The folks behind the bar are always kind, informative of any questions and knowledgeable. They make drinks quickly and timely and are always consistent. As a vegan I am often limited to what I can drink at boba spots but they have a variety of options as a vegan.
Very good drinks and I like the customizable options. Very good boba and the server made our drinks so delicious! Definitely coming back ☺️
