I love this restaurant, it is hands-down, one of the most unique and just simply put super good every time. Our area has a number of choices of similarfood but I particularly like coming here whenever possible because the staff make it a 10 out of 10 every time.

Absolutely lovely. They're tucked back in a Wal-Mart shopping center so I think they're going to have a hard time getting exposure other than word of mouth. Which is a bummer because they are very good. Took my work crew here for a celebratory lunch and everyone loved what they got. About 6 of us. Will definitely go back. Seems like a good date spot as well.

I wanted to love it as it's one of the few Asian places in Oside. The food is pretty mediocre. Almost like convenient store typa food. It's alright if you're a group of high schoolers who want to spend time with your friends after a school day. But it you're going on dates or going with your family, I would not recommend this place.

I ordered my food on DoorDash around 11am, so right when they opened.. and they sent half a cup of DAY OLD, MICROWAVED RICE that is so hard and congealed that I can't even eat it. Pretty sad when you're an Asian restaurant and can't send fresh rice with your soup orders..

Delicious Hot pot! Must try! I had the delicious lobster seafood pot and my husband has the beef hot pot. It was absolutely delicious! The seafood was very fresh. The portion is pretty big. The host was nice and friendly. The place was nice and clean. I definitely recommend this

We were pleasantly surprised. Everyone was so friendly and the Sichuan Hot Soup was amazing. Very pleased with the amount of goodies too. Flavor was so nice.

I'm a regular at the Tasty Pot in Mira Mesa and happened to on the way home from LA. I was craving hot pot but didn't want to make a detour into Irvine as those restaurants are usually packed. I was originally thinking of going towards Mira Mesa for Tasty Pot but this location popped up on google maps and it is right off the freeway! A few details such as the bowls are slightly different but the taste is relatively the same. This tasty pot was exactly what I needed on my drive back to San Diego. The service was fast, friendly, and the restaurant itself is very clean and has plenty of seats. Since this does seem like a relatively new restaurant it doesn't have much of a clientele yet. So if you come here there probably won't be much of a wait.

I loved this place! I grew up in the 626 ( Arcadia) and after a long rainy hike, this was just what I needed to revive my soul. The portions were huge, flavor on point, and spice level were perfect. I got the Taiwanese hot pot with medium spice level (9/10) and my friend got the Sichuan style hot pot which ran spicier so def level down (9/10). Would come back here in a heartbeat. service was great ( worker actually warned my friend about the spice level) and food came out quick. Gem in Oceanside. Ambiance is casual. U scan QR code and order everything online, and seating is ample! Nice spot to grab a quick bite!

My boyfriend and I got the Japanese Miso and Stinky Tofu. The Japanese Miso was a 3/5, assuming it is a premium pot and pricier than the other pots, we thought it would be bigger in size/more ingredients like other tasty pots/hot pot places but it wasn't. The Stinky Tofu was a 2/5. There was a lack of stinky tofu flavor and there were only two pieces of small tofu / the tofu tasted spongy and was one of the worst "stinky" tofus I've ever had. My friend group got a total of 11 pots and all of them came out with so little soup which made it look very unappetizing. Service was alright.

I came to tasty pot to meet up with a friend and I have to say it's as consistent quality wise as the other chains. However, I do like this one because it's more of a mom and pop shop kind of vibe. I've been to the tasty pot in Mira Mesa, San Diego, and I feel like this one has more options in terms of appetizers. I saw that they had the fried stinky tofu as well as the taiwanese style fried basil chicken which looked good but I didn't get a chance to try it. I'll definitely have to try it next time! It's a bit of a small space, I recommend for groups of 4 to 5 people. they also have the option of whether or not you want the flame to keep your soup boiling which is nice and I don't think they charge extra for it. Staff is very nice, always refilling your water and asking if you need anything. I just wish that they had more variety with their Boba options. I do like how they have a lot of alcoholic beverage items if you're looking to drink with friends!

The green tea is really good! I wished that the meat more tender and more fatter. The soup was clearer compared to the initial opening, however, still on the oiler side. The service overall was really good :)
