The service at this restaurant is the best. They also do very I mean very good cleaning of tables and furniture. The disinfect everything. Our steaks were really juicy and cooked well. We also picked them ourselves from the front fridge.

Seems everybody went Texas Roadhouse like their bread. Us too. Also like the dish with a flower that made up with pieces of onions (forgot the dish name), the hand cut sirloin, mashed potato and steak fries. Waiter is nice to refill the ice water every time before I finish. Waiting time sometimes can be long, need to find a good time slot that has less people.

The place was already busy at 6 PM on Thursday and because we requested a table, little wait was in order. Parking was also pretty busy, but thanks to handicapped placard, we found a spot. Our order was (and I know it was not a place for a cheeseburger, but my boss like it very much) All American Cheeseburger with sweet potato, Country Fried Chicken with a cream gravy (with 2 sides - mashed potatoes- too salty and battered corn - pretty good), Sirloin Steak 8 oz was split between my son and daughter-in-law. But first we were seated with a famous cinnamon rolls, very addictive with a butter. Our waiter Marissa was quick to take our orders, still it was a quite a wait for food to arrive. Still 2 complaints- #1 is noise, do you really need to raise decibels when announcing the birth dates? I was joking that we need an ear plugs. #2 is the chairs around tables are atrocious, they are made from wood, no cushions (again I was telling my wife next time bring the cushions with ourselves), but what's interesting seatings around booths are with some resemblance of cushions. Honestly, I don't think anything will be done about my complains, so I'm just venting my frustration.

This was our first time coming. We waited just a little longer for our server, but AJ was our server. GREAT service. The manager, I think Phil, came over and apologized for the wait, and offered an appetizer. We told him it was fine but he insisted. It was a very nice offer. The food was delicious and our steaks were cooked to perfection. They were very busy but we never felt rushed or slighted. I am so thankful we had a gift card to encourage us to try it. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a very yummy and enjoyable night.

Angel was an outstanding server, gave her recommendation and made sure we were satisfied with our food. Very much appreciated her attentiveness and dedication. Steak was cooked to perfection! Only thing we didn’t love was there was no peanuts provided or offered at our table.

The server was very inappropriate. On her knees in one booth talking to the couple on the other side with her fanny on the table. Talking about how she survived the 2 weeks in jail. Didn't acknowledge us or ask if we would like to have water. We were just about ready to leave and she finally came around and asked if we needed anything. Took our order. Didn't come back and check on us to make sure everything was good and proper but twice. Needless to say that was not a very pleasant experience.

Service was not the usual for Texas Roadhouse. Our server was not very attentive and seemed to disappear. I spilled my drink at the table and no one stopped to help or provide napkins they all just walked right by until we stopped them. Food was meh. This is one of my FAVORITE restaurants so I am not just being picky. Usually would give 5 stars so this was disappointing.
Normally a big fan of Texas Roadhouse. First time trying the Oceanside location and came away disappointed. First, the parking lot is ridiculously cramped with tiny spaces. Second, after being seated we waited about 15 minutes before being acknowledged by the waitress. Food was slow to come out and when it did, was not cooked to order. Finally, it took about another 15-20 minutes after finishing our meal to get our waitress' attention to get the check and bug out. Very disappointing when compared to the El Cajon location which has always been on point.

I always order Filet Mignon when I go to the Texas roadhouse. This last visit had me disappointed. Two of the three piece steak were overcooked and not all that tender. Only the third piece was cooked as ordered and delicious. Wife's Ribeye steak tasted better. This place is not quiet ether. Pretty noisy. I normally go to the Menifee restaurant..
