Super delicious and vegan breakfast and lunch. Small, but tasty menu items, all prepared to order. We shared a breakfast burrito - stuffed with sausage, hash browns, and egggs, all wrapped in a spinach tortilla. The restaurant has in and outdoor seating and lots of indoor plants, making for a very nice dine in atmosphere. You should definitely check this place out. I'll be back for lunch!

Just had the Fairy Tail of New York and the Pistol for Paddy Garcia salad and they were both SO GOOD. I could’ve ate 5 of those salads, the vegan ranch was amazing. Fast delivery service too!! This is my favorite sandwich spot in oside

We will stop here EVERY time we pass by. Tried the pastrami sammy, the chicken sammy and the meatball sub. All divine. Potato salad was also perfect! Grabbed a sticker to put on my kiddo’s surf board to advertise the amazing vegan cuisine. Fast, clean, kind and DELICIOUS!

Came in yesterday close to 7, which was closing time. I can be a handful and the young lady at the counter was very accommodating and kind. Stayed till 7:45 (which I apologized for) but there was no rush to get us out as I had beer and shot the breeze with a good friend. I've been vegetarian for 6 years now and my craving for a Philly cheese steak has been major.. well I found the place. Soooo good! I'll be back frequently (hopefully not at closing time). Oside love!!

I'm giving this 4 stars simply because here is another restaurant that's dedicated to vegan food. But maybe overall I would consider it, on its own merit, 3 stars.I am a vegan.. So it was either Thai food or a restaurant dedicated to dedicated to plant based eating. Hmmm...Normally I would jump on a plant based restaurant, but my hesitation was that in viewing the menu online all of these sandwiches were mimicking meat sandwiches.Personally, I'm not interested in trying to replicate my days of meat-eating over 50 years ago. I've come to love and appreciate the simplicity and immense range of flavors with plant-based foods. I like to celebrate plant-based foods for what they are and not tried imitate something else.I should have followed my intuition because I was not impressed. I ordered "Sedan Delivery" something that's supposed to resemble a meatball sandwich. One positive is that it was huge. Flavor was OK, but nothing to be excited about. My daughter had the "Navigator" which is chickpea salad on sprouted oat bread w/arula. Again it was OK, but nothing outstanding.The atmosphere was OK; my teenage daughter thought it was cool. The people behind the counter were friendly, but not overly helpful. We got a cookie while we were waiting and wanted to get our hot drinks at the same time, but they came out with sandwiches.Forgot to take pictures so forgive me for that.
First visit. I had the Navigator, it was delicious! I bet their other menu items are just as tasty. Gotta try it even if you don't usually eat plant based food, your taste buds will thank you!

The staff at The Green House in Oceanside are always so friendly! I came in with an odd request today for their 53 ave&3rd and the two ladies that helped me were so nice and accommodated exactly what I asked for. I assume Sarah was one of the owners or manager because I've seen her on Instagram posts. I didn't catch the other yound lady's name.The food is always amazing, I come in kind of regularly and have never had anything that was not short of spectacular. I can't pick my favorite sandwich!Thank you guys for being here in Oceanside!

This place is AMAZE. Took my non-vegan mom to lunch here and we all LOVED it! We had the 53rd and 3rd, the meatball sub and one of the salads. All were delicious! Can’t wait to go back and try everything else. My 78 year old mom thought it was incredible, too. Honestly it’s the best vegan meal we’ve had in and around San Diego. The two young ladies working there were super nice and the place itself is really cute and inviting. To the people complaining about the prices, $11-$13 for a sandwich as thick as your fist and/or the length of your forearm is more than fair! Besides, you get what you pay for. There’s a reason fast food is so cheap, ya know. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. Stop reading reviews and just go!

Good food. Watched an employee make a homeless person get off the empty chairs as noone was outside though. Can't imagine being vegan and not caring about our homeless wanting to take a second to sit.
