Sadly I'm a big fan of Habit Burger but this location the and time agian refuses to greet or approach walk in customers forcing you to use the Kiosks to order and wnt even wait at the counter when your food is ready to offer condiments. Its fast food but at $20 for a burger and fries I expect better service, at least consistent across the chain.

Stefania was very kind even though I was being needy, she always had a smile on her face and humble attitude. She provided me with a bag to take my food. The restaurant was clean. Just one thing I didn't like was the loud music. It was hard to talk on the phone. Hope that changes. Overall keep up the amazing work. 👏

They charge you for Ranch and dont even include it in the bagg.

Drive thru made me wait 20 MINUTES and almost made me miss my train. Expensive too. Better off going to chilis.

I don't eat carbs so ordered protein charcoal burgers and they were good with avocado ranch. I like in-n-out protein style burger I think this one close to that.

The charburgers, the fries, the onion rings, the shakes... they are all delicious. The people who work at the Del Oro location are fantastic.

There's nothing extraordinary about The Habit. Unless you have a coupon, prices are on the high side. Burgers are dry, salads are decent, chicken sandwich is good, onion rings are excellent. Order was correct but it takes a while.

I don't want to rant, it's only food. But here's my experience.
..I placed my order online in advance to be ready at 3 PM. I arrived about 2 minutes early, left my dog in the car cause I thought I'd be in & out. I walk in, nothing on the pickup area, so I wait. Order is ready text came in at 3:04, I look at the pick up counter..still nothing, so I wait. I watch & wait until I finally get up & ask.. It was never placed in the pick-up area - turns out it was sitting on the order up side across the register for who knows how long. She had to look for it & seem surprised. When I told her I've been sitting here like 10 minutes & you saw me waiting. She just smiled & grinned, probably nervously, but no apology. I couldn't help myself & said it's not funny, but thanks. Of course my food was cold. Nothing like cold tempura green beans 🙄
I won't go to that location again.

I was so impressed that the owner/supervisor/manager (guy in a button up working on his computer) helped the crew with orders during a very busy lunch rush. Knowing that the crew is well-supported makes me proud to eat there.

This place was excellent. Its pricey but so worth it. The food is fresh and a good size for your money the milk shakes are incomparable to any ive had around here. The restaurant is very clean. Very enjoyable
