I used to love the habit! But today I ordered a chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries.. came to $19 plus. That’s insane. I can get a nice plate of food elsewhere.. not like any of its organic either (chicken is all fried as well as fries) Won’t be returning unfortunately. I can get the same thing elsewhere for half that. Not like there’s anything else special about them either, wish the best!

The double charburger was very salty ? and the single charburger was delicious. I had to wait about 15 minutes before I could get my food. I only give 2 stars ?.

The place is soooooo slow at getting anything! It takes 15 minutes for a shake and green beans for goodness sake ! I can go on and on. If they weren't understatement it just might be better .? 1 person doing everything doesn't cut it.

Drive thru: ordered BBQ Bacon Char burger - at home discovered that the BBQ sauce and bacon are missing! How can you forget half of the ingredients of a burger? Husband ordered a burger without a tomato, and what he got? A burger with a tomato instead. Always triple check your orders before you leave. As well it was a super long wait to get the food (3pm).

On July 3, we were going to meet friends and decided to pick up THE HABIT burgers. The app showed the Rancho del Oro was the closed one to us so we placed an order. We did not know, or even realize, the entire area would be BLOCKED OFF for the fireworks and we could not reach the restaurant. (We rarely go to this area.) We tried to call the store, but were directed to the app. Left a message on the app and TWO DAYS later, received a response that "Sorry for the inconvenience. We do not refund one an order has been placed." Too bad. We do frequent The Habit a lot (not this one) but probably not any more. Hope it was worth losing customers for $33.

45min sitting in the drive thru is a bit ridiculous (only 2 cars in front of me). But the food is good.
