DO NOT ORDER OR EAT FOOD! I ordered through grub hub and it said my order would take 30-40 min okay no problem. It took my order 1.5 hours to be delivered and when I received it it was cold. The yolk was soaked into the bread it was a complete mess, the fries were mush and unsalted and my orange juice was warm. Never eating from here again. I paid $20 for it and I wish I could get a full refund for how bad it was. i'm

I placed my online order on the Door Dash App yesterday on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 7 p.m.I ordered one Giddy Up Melt Burger Combo it includes Wavy Cut French Fries, and I chose one regular size Sprite Soft Drink. I also ordered one Seasoned Fruit and condiments with 4 ketchup packets, 4 salt packets, 2 pepper packets and one straw with one plastic fork. There was no charge for these condiments I received. My dasher driver Silva arrived on time last night at 8:25 p.m.Silva handed me my 2 Door Dash Orders. Silva was very friendly and personable to me.My total bill was $29.00. Everything I ate last night especially this Giddy Up Melt Burger was so delicious and juicy cut of a thick ground beef burger with 4 delicious strips of apple wood bacon, hash browns, Caramelized onions in a toasted brioche bun. These Wavy Cut French Fries was crispy on the outside and soft snd chewy on the inside. My favorites. The Sprite Soft Drink was very good. One of my favorite soda drinks.The seasoned fruit was very fresh and delicious. I received excellent customer service from my Door Dasher Silva last night. And I was also very impressed with my delicious food order I received yesterday. I highly recommend The Meltdown Restaurant.

I ordered the one Giddy Up Melt Ground Beef Burger Combo it includes a side order of wavy cut French Fries and a soft drink of my choice. I chose the regular size Sprite Soft Drink. I also ordered an extra side of wavy cut French Fries, and one order of Seasoned Fruit. Then I have chosen my condiments. Four ketchup packets, 4 salt packets and 2 pepper packets. Silva handed me my two orders . One from the Meltdown Restaurant and the other order was from the 7-Eleven Store. I double dashed these two online orders last night. My total bill for The Meltdown Restaurant was $29.00. Silva my Dasher Driver arrived on time at my house last night. He was very polite and friendly to me. Every thing I had eaten last night this Giddy Up Melt Burger, the burger was a thicker juicy cut of Ground Beef Burger with Hash Browns inside this bun, Caramelized Onions , 4 strips of delicious Apple Wood Bacon, and burnt ends of Brisket that was very tender slices of delicious meat. This Giddy Up Melt Burger was so delicious I enjoyed eating every bite until this delicious burger disappeared. These wavy cut French Fries was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. My kind of fries.The Seasoned Fruit I will eat this morning for my breakfast meal. The Sprite Soft Drink I drank yesterday was very good and has a delicious lemon and kind flavors to them. Another person who made an online order, sandwiches came, they were good. Hadn't received any of the sides I paid for. (2 meals, aka 2 sides, an additional side, and 2 beverages.) Only received 2 sandwiches. Obviously, I made a refund through GH because that's bull..., I don't even think this place has a genuine storefront, could just be some dude selling from his house, beats me. Melts were good, but everything else which was over $20, not including the additional delivery fees, missing is pretty inexcusable. As much as I want to order from them again to give it another chance, I can't convince myself to do so after reading these other reviews.

Just tried my first delivery with the meltdown, and was very disappointed. I ordered the turkey sandwich and it was missing over half ingredients. It did not have the mayo or sun-dried tomatoes or the avocado that I paid extra for. I also got the kids turkey sandwich and it was toasted so hard they could not even bite into it.

Ordered the classic grilled cheese, 2 giddy ups, 2 fries and 2 drinks. Grilled cheese was not even toasted or melted. The other 2 sandwiches had no bbq sauce. Got one fry instead of 2. Drinks were flat. I am so disappointed in the quality that went out the door. Will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I ordered through DoorDash and seems like there was no care in preparing my sandwich half of my sandwich had maybe an eighth of the meat total the other half had the rest of the meat which might have been half an ounce of sloppy Joeish beef I'm not even sure what I got as I ordered a roast beef sandwich and I got a stewed beef thing it was terrible

Wow. Just wow. Our company decided to order from here so we have a dozen orders to our name boy were we disappointed. The fries were soggy and tasted like they were frozen. The cheese, pickels were unevenly distributed and barely there, so this could hardly be considered an actual melt. It's barely a glorified grilled cheese. The prices are so ridiculous for what's basically two toasted pieces of bread, a couple pickels from a jar. 2 slices of cheese found in a grocery store refrigerated aisle. Some meat that was probably the best part on my end but the portions were terrible for the price. 18 bucks for your premium combo? This was such a terrible deal. The side options are basically cold frozen aisle fries, a fruit cup, or the cucumber salad which is like one slice cucumber, and some shredded carrots in a tiny cup. I'm not trying to be mean here, but this place feels like a scam. And if it isn't, it's the worst deal I've experienced in a long time.

It looked like the pictures were taken 50 years ago when the sandwiches were in their prime. I ordered a Talking Turkey Melt and a Giddy Up Melt Combo. The talking Turkey was not too bad, but it was not worth $14. It came with a side and I chose the cucumber salad. What I got is a sin to salads. The salad was about 4 tablespoons of a soggy rancid mess. The cucumbers had been inside of the containers for so long that they were limp and different colors. Sad excuse of a side. The Giddy up however was the biggest disappointment. It was three pieces of microwaved brisket. Or brown little rock turds, sandwiched between two pieces of bread, and three strands of cheese on top. This was $17. To make matters worse this place is Denny's, but under a different name. 1.5 out 10 stars. I would not recommend it.

It looked very appetizing I was very unhappy and the price was ridiculous for how it came out. I will not be wasting my money here ever again.
