We had a wonderful dinner experience here last weekend. We decided to do the tasting menu because we wanted to try multiple dishes and see what the chefs could do with their creativity unleashed - and we were not disappointed! The dishes were all delicious and unique…some slightly more successful than others, but we enjoyed all of them. And the service was absolutely top-notch. You can tell these guys are passionate about the food they are serving and what this restaurant stands for, which is quite rare anymore. Highly recommend The Plot and will be back for sure.

My girlfriend recommended coming to The Plot, and I know more than ever why she would. First of all, she is a chef; so her opinion of food is very critical. I can see why she would rate the food top tier, as every item we tried we loved!! My son is very picky, and even he was “ in love” with the food! But the best part about it was the amazing staff. Wyatt greeted us and helped us throughout the entire evening. He made the experience so special. He explained the menu thoroughly and helped to accommodate the diet needs for allergies my son has. Then Michelle, the manager, came over and blessed us with a free dessert and sweet conversation. The other staff we didn’t get to know well this time, but I know next time we can get to know the rest of these angels as there will be a next time and then again etc . I highly recommend checking this place out and experiencing the magic we had the honor to.

The food is astonishing. The employees are absolutely fantastic. The owners are the best. Whether you’re a vegan or not, The Plot is somewhere you must visit. I just can’t say enough great things about this wonderful restaurant. For the vegans out there, there isn’t one thing on the menu that you can’t eat! I’d give them 20 stars if I could!

5 stars and beyond. Came to The Plot for the Visiting the town and came upon this restaurant via Google. Took my family and ordered the biscuits and gravy and the Korean bbq. Delicious!! Devoured every bite. Highly recommend those two dishes. The soup of the day was phenomenal and savory. My boys ordered the nuggets and gave them two thumbs up. Finished every bite. They even loved the house made ketchup. The dessert was so light and fruity and satisfying. Don’t skip the dessert! The staff were enjoyable and welcoming. Thank you Matt for a great time! We’ll definitely be coming back.

The food is just AMAZING. What Chef Waite and his team are able to create with plants is a testament to what is possible. The flavors and textures of something as simple as the roasted carrot dish which looked and tasted beautiful was delicious. Don’t miss the eggplant dish which was equally beautiful and had a variety of textures and flavors. The service was great and it was clear the care that went into preparing these dishes. Plan to go back again soon and try more menu items .

Such a wholesome experience. From the first greeting, the freshest ingredients masterfully turned into the most delightful meal to the last bite, or sip. Simply the best. The pride of the craft at its best. 💚

Went to plant scape last night at the plot. What an incredibly amazing experience. The food is always wonderful but this night Dave was epic. The presentation stellar, the flavors exquisite, the service impeccable. I personally am not a vegan, but make the plot a regular dining experience at least monthly. thank you to Jessica and her team for another wonderful evening.

This is one of my favorite North County vegan restaurants. I've brought non-vegans here and so far, all of them have enjoyed the food. Especially the Caesar salad and the chicken and waffles. I love going for dinner because they sometimes have a yummy eggplant parmesan. So delicious! I love that they grow many of the veggies right there at the restaurant and try to minimize food waste.
I love this place. Being Vegan it's great to be able to have anything on the menu but our non-vegan friends enjoyed their meals as much as they would at a 'regular' restaurant. The Plot never fails to serve exciting plant based dishes, from the sushi to the sweet potato gnocchi every dish was superb. We will be back.

I love the plot! We sat in the garden and it was so cute. We ordered the Kombu Carrots first and o my gosh they were so amazing. We were licking the plate clean. Their seasonal red wine spritzer was something I'd never had before and it was really tasty. For lunch, I got the Korean BBQ chicken sando as well as a caesar salad and my partner got the daily ramen which was a root veggie ramen. The sandwich didn't taste very Korean bbq but it did taste delicious. The caesar salad was different in that the dressing was more citrus than a traditional but it was sooo good. My partner liked the ramen, but I didn't try it.
I love that the Plot tries it's best to be sustainable, source locally and seasonally. You can taste that each dish is thought through and it's all so flavorful. Can't recommend enough.

The Plot is a fantastic place to go if you are plant based. The Plot is also a fantastic place to go if you aren't! Every item on the me at is creatively packed with flavor, and even my meat-eating friends have enjoyed it. Service was fast and friendly, the mood was casual yet nice, and the food is very fresh, not heavily processed vegan meat substitutes. Thank you - we keep coming back for a reason!

This place is adorable and delicious! I got the biscuits and gravy and a kombucha on tap and loved every bite. The outdoor seating was fantastic for a sunny day. The staff was super friendly as well. A veg head’s dream! I hope I get the opportunity to eat here again.
