We recently held a beautiful event at the Privateer Marketplace and Wine bar for my mom's 90th birthday. We hosted 50 people at this affair, Sage is awesome to work with and his team were simply fantastic giving personal attention to making it extra special. This venue is perfect for hosting private events, the food and ambiance is great so give them a call for your next private event you'll be glad you did.

Nice place. We ordered a meat pie with a bottle of Salta Malbec. Pizza was a little bland but red peppers helped that. Our server, Chelsea, treated us tremendously well. One of our new favorites in Oceanside.

Fun and eclectic, if you're into those kinds of things. Good, knowledgeable staff helps select wine or food depending on what you're into at that time. They have pizza place stuff and finer dining stuff on their wine bar and marketplace side, but you can eat anything from either location wherever you want to sit. It has a loyal, locals following especially when they feature entertainment in the marketplace. Salads are huge but we'll crafted. Wine list features eclectic wines from all over the place, but decent values and fun stuff to try. Also, good local beer tap list available.

Came for the comedy show, had a good time. $15 minimum food/drink order for entry, which is fine.Food was good, everyone had burgers. The hamburger buns were dry and flaky, they fell apart as soon as we picked up the burgers. Fries were nice and crispy.Hard ciders were fantastic, especially the pineapple. Thought the draft beer was a bit overpriced compared to most, but it tasted good.Waitresses were friendly and attentive, but also very forgetful. We had to ask for our drinks a few times as she brought out one thing or another. Cashing out was difficult too, we ended up just getting up to give our card to the bartender. No one came by for 10+ minutes after the show ended to even ask.Not a fan of the fact that they automatically charge 18% gratuity, then tax it on top of your subtotal. Rubbed me the wrong way. I’m ok to be automatically charged gratuity, but to also tax it? No thanks.It was cool to check out while visiting the area, but I don’t think I’d become a regular if I lived here.

An elegant selection of food and drink at this wine club eatery on the Coast Highway. There is outdoor shaded/heated seating in what used to be the parking lot, but indoor still available, quieter and very nice. Staff are terrific. Nice variety of drinks, and some exotic and delicious pizzas.

Brought my best friends from out of town for some food in Oceanside only to be ignored for twenty minutes while other tables were helped. I couldn’t help but feel that we were ignored for that long because of how we looked. Crossed the street to Best Pizza and Brew and got amazing service and food right away!
