Caesar was outstanding! He greeted us with a friendly smile and genuine energy the moment we walked in. He was patient while we looked at the menu, answered our questions without rushing us, and made some great recommendations. The order was taken quickly, everything came out exactly as we asked, and he checked back to make sure we were satisfied. You can tell Caesar really cares about customer service—it made our visit that much better. Thank you, Caesar, for making the experience at Valerie’s Taco Shop so enjoyable!

Got extremely sick from enchiladas and tostadas plate! $40 for enchiladas, burrito, and chips. Food is way overpriced and below mediocre.

I usually go to the Valerie’s on mission avenue but I decided to get lunch here instead. First time I’ve ever been given cold, old fries in my California burrito. It’s either they thought I wouldn’t notice or they just didn’t care.

El Camino location is much better. Polla Asada was like jerky, so dry. Shrimp taco had shredded ice berg not cabbage..eh. Young team of athletes made the dining area unbearable with loud noise and yelling.

I got a carne asada burrito and it had a long dark hair in it. I pulled and pulled and it was long. I threw it in the trash. Never again

I ordered a sausage egg burrito this morning in every bite I aet it had eggshells it was like the cook just was lazy and mixed it with the egg and everything else that came with it. I did return it but by that time I had lost my appetite. I was disappointed

Meat & Beans were dry. Salsa was just ok. Definitely had some indigestion about 12 hours later and I have an iron stomach. I asked around at hotels & other restaurants to see if we just got unlucky with a bad meal. Everyone I spoke with said the same thing "not that good". Service was good and folks working there are nice. Fix the food or I can see this place going away very soon.

It's delicious and everything but they get a little confused about the orders and they can give you something you didn't ask for, I mean we all have mistakes but if from the beginning you make it completely clear what you want you won't have any problems ?
